★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico. Eu e meu marido Fizemos um pedido, a pizza veio horrível, sem recheio, borda ressecada e refrigerante quente. Mandei uma mensagem reclamando e não recebi um pedido de desculpas que seria o mínimo a se fazer.
Dinheiro jogado fora.
Estamos chateados. Falta de respeito e consideração com os clientes.
 I do not indicate. My husband and I placed an order, the pizza came horribly, with no filling, dry edge and hot soda. I sent a message complaining and did not receive an apology that would be the least to do.
Money thrown away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz meu pedido as 20:25, agora são 22:18 e não recebi ainda. Tentei ligar várias vezes e todas as vezes dá ocupado. Quero cancelar meu pedido e nem isso estou conseguindo. O aplicativo consta que a pizzaria já fechou. Nenhum aviso foi dado, nenhuma informação foi me passada, satisfação nenhuma para o cliente é o lema da pizzaria!! Vale salientar que meu pedido foi confirmado, pedido este que eu não quero mais!!
Experiência horrível, em uma pizzaria que eu já gostei um dia..
Atualização: Às 22:35 o entregador chega, mando de volta pois já fiz outro pedido que chegou na hora junto também, pedido feito em outro restaurante as 22:11, a incerteza se a pizza chegaria ou não me fez fazer outro pedido.

Update: At 22:35 the delivery man arrives, I send it back because I already made another order that arrived on time together too, order placed at another restaurant at 22:11, the uncertainty whether the pizza would arrive or not made me place another order.

Conversei com o Gerente do estabelecimento por ligação, foi RUDE, DEBOCHADO e FEZ POUCO CASO, depois de mais de 10 minutos conversando, informou em ligação que iria cancelar o pedido e estornar o valor, NÃO FOI FEITO ISSO! Pedi retorno por MAIS de 1 semana, e informaram que não vão cancelar e estornar! Um total DESRESPEITO ao consumidor, além de DESPREPARO pelo gerente, a atendente é perfeita bem solícita, o gerente nem um pouco. NÃO RECOMENDO PARA NINGUÉM!!!!! Prefiro comer gelo do que essa pizza novamente, até porque, a pizza já é gelada mesmo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O app mostra uma promoção de pizza e pede para você escrever os sabores no campo observações, eu fiz o pedido e cerca de 40 minutos depois (tempo que teoricamente a pizza já estaria quase chegando) o pedido foi cancelado sem justificativa. Liguei várias vezes para conseguir falar, e a atendente simplesmente disse que cancelou pq o sabor que eu coloquei não fazia parte da promoção. Falta de respeito com o cliente.
