Me foi informado que o pedido seria cancelado pelo aplicativo, mas não foi. Estou há 2 dias tentando ligar para resolver essa questão e o telefone está sempre desligado.
Experiência horrível.
I placed an order through iFood I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER, I had to spend the day WITHOUT LUNCH and THEY ARE NOT MAKING THE REFUNDS.
I was told that the order would be canceled by the app, but it wasn't. I've been trying to call for 2 days to resolve this issue and the phone is always off.
Horrible experience.

Infelizmente só vi as avaliações depois do ocorrido, senão não iria me submeter a isso. O pedido já foi pago via pix, da impressão que o descaso é maior quando já está pago. Espero que eu esteja enganada. Ao entrar em contato com o restaurante, não tivemos sucesso. Não recomendo, lamentável
