★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante a pandemia o serviço está pior que fora dela... pelo menos no Shopping Bela Vista... poucos funcionários...demora para chamar mesmo com agendamento, os poucos funcionários que tem ficam ao celular sem chamar as pessoas para atendimento...senhas entregues erradas...e não são chamadas no visor. Está uma ZONA....precisando urgente de uma ação efetiva para melhorar um serviço tão útil. A população irá agradecer.
 During the pandemic the service is worse than outside ... at least at Shopping Bela Vista ... few employees ... it takes too long to call even with an appointment, the few employees you have are on your cell phone without calling people for assistance .. . wrong passwords delivered ... and are not called on the display. There is a ZONE ... in urgent need of effective action to improve such a useful service. The population will thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Existe uma demanda alta, que acaba atrasando os atendimentos com hora marcada. Além disso, mesmo que a pessoa chegue com muita antecedência, só pode se registrar em até 15 minutos antes do horário marcado, e eu não concordo com essa regra. Muitas vezes marcamos um horário mais adiante prevendo algum atraso, trânsito, etc. Então, se chegamos antes, eu acredito que deveríamos logo entrar na fila de atendimento. Essa avaliação se refere ao SAC como um todo. Cada repartição que lá atende tem suas peculiaridades, e por sinal fui.muito bem atendida na SEFAZ-BA e no PLANSERV com minha sogra idosa.
There is a high demand, which ends up delaying appointments by appointment. In addition, even if the person arrives well in advance, they can only register up to 15 minutes before the scheduled time, and I do not agree with this rule. Often times we make an appointment later, foreseeing some delay, traffic, etc. So, if we arrived earlier, I believe that we should soon get in line. This assessment refers to the SAC as a whole. Each office that serves there has its peculiarities, and by the way, I was very well attended at SEFAZ-BA and PLANSERV with my elderly mother-in-law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendei o atendimento através do aplicativo e fui atendido como previsto(no dia 09/04/21), porém o laudo que comprei consta que o pagamento (que é feito lá no próprio SAC na sala 2 para ser mais específico) está em andamento hoje (14/04/21) liguei para o SAC e informaram que terei que agendar novamente o serviço para saber o porquê que o meu laudo está assim, só consegui agendar o serviço para o dia 28/04/21. *Lamentável esta situação!* Além na demora do atendimento um serviço mal feito!
I scheduled the service through the application and was served as scheduled (on 04/09/21), but the report I bought states that the payment (which is made there at the SAC in room 2 to be more specific) is in progress today (04/14/21) I called SAC and they informed me that I will have to reschedule the service to find out why my report is like this, I was only able to schedule the service for 04/28/21. * This situation is unfortunate! * In addition to the delay in service, a poorly done service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, atendimento péssimo, agendamento que não funciona, passei uma hora e trinta minutos para da entrada numa renovação de CNH, péssima experiência, espero não precisar nunca mais daquele desserviço.
Horrible, terrible service, scheduling that doesn't work, I spent an hour and thirty minutes to get a license renewal, bad experience, I hope I never need that disservice again.
