★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou decepcionada, ontem comprei duas tortas na viva gula no Bela vista e além de terem diminuído o tamanho, a qualidade caiu muito, o recheio da torta salgada sertaneja estava com uma banana enorme e dura, seca.
A torta doce sabor sequinho esqueceram de dar o sabor pq no bolo só se sentia a concentração enorme de doce. Decepcionada pois é minha loja de bolos favorita.

 I'm disappointed, yesterday I bought two pies with great gluttony at Bela Vista and in addition to having decreased in size, the quality had dropped a lot, the filling of the salty country pie was with a huge, hard, dry banana.
The sweet tart flavored dry forgot to give the flavor because the cake only felt the enormous concentration of sweet. Disappointed as it is my favorite bake shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem cheguei a ser atendida. Três funcionárias no kiosque do segundo piso no shopping Bela Vista: 1 limpando e as outras 2 batendo papo. Inclusive a "caixa" estava fora do seu posto. Cheguei, observei a vitrine, escolhi o produto que por sinal é um dos melhores da região mas, ninguém pra ao menos perguntar o famoso "posso ajudar?". Fiquei decepcionada com a rede.
I didn't even get answered. Three employees at the kiosk on the second floor at the Bela Vista mall: 1 cleaning and the other 2 chatting. Even the "box" was out of place. I arrived, looked at the window, chose the product that by the way is one of the best in the region, but nobody to even ask the famous "may I help?" I was disappointed with the network.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nada contra os bolos da franquia, mas a franquia do Bela Vista está deixando a desejar no atendimento. Inclusive, se você passar um tempo no balcão aguardando vai presenciar um baile de moscas. Só observei moscas lá, em todo o shopping.
Nothing against the franchise cakes, but the Bela Vista franchise is lacking in service. Even if you spend time at the counter waiting, you will witness a dance of flies. I only observed flies there, all over the mall.
