Liguei perguntando se a loja estava aberta e a pessoa me disse que estava funcionando somente delivery. Então eu disse que precisava de uma torneira. Perguntei se não podia entrar para escolher e ela disse nãaaaaao , acabou a conversa e desligou. Nem sequer questionou que tipo de torneira? Posso te mandar umas fotos, tirar a suas dúvidas e vc passa aqui somente para retirar. Depois a loja fecha, a pessoa perde o emprego e coloca a culpa na economia.
I am impressed how at a time like this there is a store that does not make the slightest effort to make a sale. I called asking if the store was open and the person told me it was only delivery. So I said I needed a tap. I asked if I couldn't come in to choose and she said noooooo, ended the conversation and hung up. Didn't even question what kind of tap? I can send you some pictures, take your questions and you stop by just to take them out. After the store closes, the person loses his job and blames the economy.

E a compra de acessórios e torneira que deveriam ter sido entregues, ninguém sabe responder quando ocorrerá. Infelizmente, insatisfeita e prejudicada com o atendimento.
I do not recommend. Deadlines are not met, they do not know how to inform the status of orders (lack of after-sales management). We received a defective order that we are having difficulty exchanging. And the purchase of accessories and faucet that should have been delivered, nobody knows how to answer when it will occur. Unfortunately, dissatisfied and impaired with the service.
