The owner is extremely grumpy and unsympathetic. The price is absurdly expensive and for many machines that went out of production they use recycled parts without warning. Budget not always clear. RUN AWAY from this opi.

Fomos muito bem atendidos, preço justo pelo tipo de máquina que é, entrega dentro do prazo prometido.
Ainda quando chegamos em casa e colocamos a máquina para funcionar deu um probleminha com a boia, ligamos e o técnico nós atendeu e resolveu na hora.
From the reviews in the technical assistance I was a little afraid to do the repair there, but it was really worth it.
We were very well attended, fair price for the type of machine it is, delivery within the promised time.
Even when we got home and put the machine to work, there was a problem with the float, we called and the technician answered and fixed it on time.
