★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu consegui uma vaga atravéz do SAEE, para um estágio em pedagogia, passei na entrevista e comecei todo processo com a documentação para dar início ao estágio.
No meu contrato estava descrito que eu iria auxiliar na higiêne das crianças, e por conta disso a faculdade negou a assinatura do contrato, tendo em vista que estagiária não pode ter funções que envolvam alimentação, sono e higiene.
A escola não quis mudar o contrato, disse que se a faculdade não assinasse não teria como dar continuidade no processo de contratação. Entrei em contato com SAEE, para que de alguma forma eles pudessem interferir, ou com a faculdade ou com a escola, não tive nenhum retorno. Fiquei extremamente decepcionada, frustrada, pois não consegui a oportunidade por fatores que não dependiam de mim.
Essa plataforma SAEE, serve como um intermediário entre a empresa e o estudante, no meu caso de estágio, mas simplesmente não fizeram nada a respeito. Afinal se a escola coloca algo errado no contrato, e a faculdade não pode aceitar, cabe ao SAEE também não aceitar esse contrato.
I got a job through SAEE, for an internship in pedagogy, passed the interview and started the whole process with the documentation to start the internship.
In my contract it was described that I would help with the children's hygiene, and because of that the college denied the signing of the contract, considering that the intern cannot have functions that involve food, sleep and hygiene.
The school did not want to change the contract, said that if the college did not sign there would be no way to continue the hiring process. I got in touch with SAEE, so that somehow they could interfere, either with the college or the school, I didn't have any feedback. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, because I didn't get the opportunity due to factors that didn't depend on me.
This SAEE platform, serves as an intermediary between the company and the student, in my internship case, but they simply did nothing about it. After all, if the school puts something wrong in the contract, and the college cannot accept it, it is up to SAEE also not to accept this contract.
