★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do local, funcionários educados, atenciosos, banheiro limpo. A parte inferior acredito que atenda bem as crianças até 7 anos, a superior é interessante para os maiores, pois conta com salão de jogos, fliperama, hoverboard, patins, veículos elétricos, baladinha e muito mais, porém o piso superior o custo é R$10,00 por 8 minutos. Valeu!
 I liked the location, polite and attentive staff, clean bathroom. The lower part, I believe it serves children up to 7 years old, the upper part is interesting for older ones, as it has a game room, arcade, hoverboard, roller skates, electric vehicles, ballads and much more, but the upper floor costs R $10.00 for 8 minutes. It cost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minha família amamos o Safari Ball. Dia nublado e chuvoso em Santos e fizemos a escolha ideal. Tenho 2 filhos de 3 e 6 anos e eles se divertiram muito. Pagamos 50,00 cada criança por 2 horas. Muitos brinquedos e tb tem entretenimento para os maiorzinhos com vídeo game, pebolim, sinuca, basquete e campinho de futebol. Vale muito a pena. Têm tb espaço baby. Crianças a partir de 5 anos podem ficar sozinhas.
My family and I love the Safari Ball. Cloudy and rainy day in Santos and we made the ideal choice. I have 2 kids ages 3 and 6 and they had a great time. We paid 50.00 each child for 2 hours. Many toys and also have entertainment for the big ones with video games, foosball, pool, basketball and soccer field. It is very worth it. They have space too baby. Children from 5 years old can be alone.

2. Ar condicionado desligado

O local é espaçoso com grande variedade de brinquedos.
Eles estão sempre higienizando os brinquedos e o local, isso eu achei ótimo.
Além disso, há espaço para fazer festa infantil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar, sem instruções nenhuma com criança Autista! Despreparo desde a atendente e as moças que ficam com as crianças! Em todos os lugares que levo minha filha Autista de 4 anos ela não paga ou então pago metade do valor! E eles não dão nenhum desconto, tendo em vista que ela fica super pouco nos brinquedos! Falta de respeito, empatia e preparo... uma pena pq não indicarei para nenhuma mãe, onde esse tipo de "empresa" só vê o lado do dinheiro.
Detalhe, foi no shopping São Bernardo Plaza e eles apagaram todos os comentários que fiz e me bloquearam do Instagram das unidades de santos Ibirapuera e São Bernardo!

Place, no instructions at all with Autistic child! Unprepared from the attendant and the girls who stay with the children! Everywhere I take my 4-year-old autistic daughter she doesn't pay or I pay half the amount! And they don't give any discounts, since she doesn't spend much time on toys! Lack of respect, empathy and preparation... a shame because I won't recommend it to any mother, where this type of "company" only sees the money side.
In fact, it was at the São Bernardo Plaza mall and they deleted all the comments I made and blocked me from the Instagram of the units in Santos Ibirapuera and São Bernardo!
