★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima equipe de atendimento na Clinica Sainte-Marie Brooklin Dr Adriana , Kaory , Enfermeira Ivani (infelizmente não lembro o nome de todos ) , a minha mãe sendo um paciente de cuidados paliativos, a trataram muito bem até o dia que ela descansou, toda equipe entendendo o momento delicado que estávamos passando , o ambiente é muito agradável e limpo, A única agravante foi com a pessoa responsável pelas alimentações que poderia chegar e nos explicar como funciona foi muito grosseira , e ao termos consciência do nosso momento de estar perdendo a minha mãe , decidimos fazer as refeições fora, pois o nosso problema jamais seria pagar as refeições, mais para evitar tal constrangimento não fizemos a refeição no local , pode ser que seja necessário ter os horários nos quartos e regras da copa.
Great care team at Clinica Sainte-Marie Brooklin Dr Adriana, Kaory, Nurse Ivani (unfortunately I don't remember everyone's name), my mother being a palliative care patient, they treated her very well until the day she rested, the whole team understanding the delicate moment we were going through, the environment is very pleasant and clean. The only aggravating factor was the person responsible for the meals who could come and explain to us how it works, it was very rude, and when we were aware of our moment of losing mine mother, we decided to eat out, because our problem would never be to pay for the meals, but to avoid such embarrassment we didn't have the meal on site, it may be necessary to have the schedules in the rooms and the pantry rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência na unidade Chácara Sto Antônio. Minha sogra entrou no dia 13 e saiu no dia 15 em péssimas condições. Eu mesma presenciei a falta de funcionários qdo toquei a campanhia para algum enfermeiro aparecer e depois da 8 vez alguém apareceu. Enviaram no dia 15 minha sogra de volta para UTI e ela não apresentou nada. Provavelmente alguma coisa aconteceu que a deixou ruim, talvez a falta de medicação dada na hora certa. Isso jamais saberemos. O fato que ela teve alta do hospital e em menos de 36 horas ficou inchada e com muita falta de ar. Inclusive o aparelho que forneceram o BIPAP após minha sogra voltar para o hospital ninguém veio retirar. Na hora que liguei e falei que avisaria a AMIL rapidamente vieram retirar na minha residência. Uma pena, a hotelaria é muito boa. Mas não estamos procurando hotel e sim atendimento para um paciente que acabou de ter alta em uma UTI!
Não indico para minguem!
Terrible experience in the Chácara Sto Antônio unit. My mother-in-law came on the 13th and left on the 15th in very poor condition. I myself witnessed the lack of employees when I rang the bell for some nurse to appear and after 8 time someone appeared. They sent my mother-in-law back on the 15th to ICU and she did not present anything. Probably something happened that made her bad, maybe the lack of medication given at the right time. We'll never know. The fact that she was discharged from the hospital and in less than 36 hours became swollen and very short of breath. Even the device that provided BIPAP after my mother-in-law returned to the hospital no one came to remove. At the time I called and told that I would advise AMIL quickly they came to pick up at my residence. A pity, the hospitality is very good. But we're not looking for hotel but rather care for a patient who just got discharged from an ICU!
I do not indicate to wan!
