★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles marcam consulta on line e não ligam, quando vc liga avisando que esta esperando eles dizem que tentaram entrar em contato e que eu não atendi, sendo que fiquei com o telefone em mãos esperando por quase uma hora.
They make an appointment online and don't call, when you call saying you're waiting they say they tried to get in touch and that I didn't answer, and I had the phone in my hands waiting for almost an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ouvi do médico psiquiatra FRANSERGIO DONIZETE desta clínica que não tinha plena convicções de que eu teria fibromialgia, sendo que mais de uma vez foi constatada a fibromialgia, por reumatologistas, outros psiquiatras e ortopedista.
Esse médico além de desdenhar da minha doença, me tratou com presunção.
I heard from the psychiatrist FRANSERGIO DONIZETE from this clinic that he was not fully convinced that I would have fibromyalgia, and fibromyalgia was confirmed more than once by rheumatologists, other psychiatrists and an orthopedist.
This doctor, in addition to disdaining my illness, treated me with presumption.

Fiquei impressionado com a falta de profissionalismo,
Agendei uma consulta com o medico psiquiatra utilizando o convenio Bradesco Saúde(convenio que não é nada barato) de forma remota, só consegui agendamento para Julho até aí tudo ok! Duas semanas após o agendamento me ligaram da Clinica dizendo que o Doutor não atenderia no dia agendado, e não tinha previsão de quando teria agenda e pior ainda não faria mais de forma remota(estou morando no interior e não consigo ir durante a semana pra SP)
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I was impressed by the lack of professionalism,
I scheduled an appointment with the psychiatrist using the Bradesco Saúde agreement (agreement that is not cheap) remotely, I only managed to schedule an appointment for July so far, everything ok! Two weeks after the appointment, they called me from the Clinic saying that the Doctor would not attend on the scheduled day, and there was no forecast of when he would have an appointment and even worse, he would not do it remotely (I'm living in the countryside and I can't go to SP during the week )
