★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devolveram meu carro com 3 pneus calibrados abaixo do normal (25) e um muito acima (37). Logo antes de uma viagem com minha família no carro.
Depois entraram em contato falando de protesto caso não pagasse os boletos que eles não haviam enviado. Só entraram em contato já com a ameaça do protesto de algo que eu não tinha recebido.
Não volto, não recomendo.
 My car was returned with 3 tires under-calibrated (25) and one much higher (37). Right before a trip with my family in the car.
Then they got in touch talking about protest if they didn't pay the slips they hadn't sent. They only got in touch with the threat of protesting something I hadn't received.
I won't be back, I don't recommend it.

Liguei para confirmar o que foi feito no meu veículo para eu saber o que precisaria fazer na prioxima revisão. Disseram que não pode passar a infomação do meu veículo. Inacreditável! Procurar outra concessionaria e fazer tudo de novo lá.
Good Morning. I made a purchase of a new vehicle that had a review done at saitama. I called to confirm what was done to my vehicle so I would know what I would need to do in the next service. They said they can't pass on my vehicle information. Unbelievable! Find another dealership and do it all over again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A duas semanas me dirigi até essa loja, a procura de um Honda Fit, abordado já na entrada por duas mulheres, perguntei se teria o veículo em questão… me disseram NÃO, e pronto. Não me perguntaram se não teria interesse em outros modelos, não me convidaram para conhecer a loja. Fiquei olhando pra cara delas é simplesmente virei as costas, andei uns 50 passos e fui na Somarcas ao lado e muito bem atendido.
Não se fazem mais vendedores como antigamente, do tipo que te dá um cartão, que anota seu número, o produto ou interesse. Por isso cada vez mais as pessoas tendem a procurar comprar seus produtos com robôs.
Two weeks ago I went to this store, looking for a Honda Fit, approached at the entrance by two women, I asked if they had the vehicle in question… they told me NO, and that was it. They didn't ask me if I would be interested in other models, they didn't invite me to visit the store. I kept looking at their faces and I simply turned my back, walked about 50 steps and went to Somarcas next door and they were very well attended.
They don't make salespeople like they used to, the type that gives you a card, that writes down your number, the product or interest. That's why more and more people tend to buy their products with robots.
