Falei c a gerente Rose q falou c a sócia Caroline q disse ñ poder devolver o dinheiro MSM EU TENDO DEVOLVIDO TD praticamente intacto TENHO TD REGISTRADO. EU sugeri p Rose UMA GERENTE QUE Ñ SABE RESOLVER NADA p me dar um crédito p q eu voltasse outro dia, ela disse + uma x q ligaria p Caroline. Como eu tinha q ir embora deixei meu telefone e Rose ficou de me ligar... até hoje NADA... MTA FALTA DE RESPEITO E CONSIDERAÇÃO C OS CLIENTES. Fiquei sem os produtos, sem o dinheiro, sem crédito e sem satisfação de NINGUÉM. Será q essas pessoas sabem msm administrar um estabelecimento??? OBVEL q ñ! Uma pena pois a loja é mto bonita.
I placed an order at shopping plaza sul on the 26/04th, everything was terrible so I went there and returned it. I spoke to the manager Rose who spoke to the partner Caroline who said she could not return the money MSM HAVING RETURNED TD practically intact I HAVE TD REGISTERED. I suggested to Rose A MANAGER WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO SOLVE ANYTHING to give me credit so I come back another day, she said + an x that she would call Caroline. As I had to leave I left my phone and Rose kept calling me... until today NOTHING... VERY LACK OF RESPECT AND CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS. I was without the products, without the money, without credit and without ANYONE's satisfaction. Do these people really know how to manage an establishment??? OBVIOUS NO! A pity because the store is very beautiful.

Há diversas variedades de pratos, mas não deixem de pedir o menu "degustacao". Simplesmente divino!! Serve bem 4 pessoas e com a possibilidade de experimentar vários pratos de uma só vez. Acompanha pães típicos.
Ah... pra quem gosta.... não deixem de experimentar também a pimenta. Uma delícia!!!
Ambiente amplo e agradável.
Vale super a pena conhecer este novo restaurante que abriu neste shopping.

Wonderful restaurant!!! New Restaurant located inside Shopping Plaza Sul, of Lebanese origin and with delicious dishes and impeccable service!!
There are several varieties of dishes, but be sure to order the "degustacao" menu. Simply divine!! It serves 4 people well and with the possibility to try several dishes at once. Accompanies typical breads.
Ah... for those who like it.... don't forget to try the pepper too. A delight!!!
Spacious and pleasant environment.
It's really worth visiting this new restaurant that opened in this mall.

Porém pedimos bebida com gelo e limão e veio sem nada.
Pedimos esfihas fechadas e veio abertas
O kebab foi parar em outra mesa
Os pães de entrada veio por último
Estavam bem atrapalhados! Uma pena!!
A comida estava maravilhosa.
The service is excellent, with very polite waiters.
But we ordered a drink with ice and lemon and it came with nothing.
We ordered esfihas closed and they came open
The kebab ended up on another table
The starter buns came last
They were pretty messed up! A feather!!
The food was wonderful.
