★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na sexta feira dia 12/04/19, pela manhã, para reservar uma peça para presente, e disse que buscaria no dia seguinte (sábado) tambem pela manhã. O atendente me garantiu por telefone que "não era preciso reservar, pois essa peça não sai muito e ainda tinha bastante e em várias numerações". Por isso não foi feita a reserva. No sábado, 13/04, fui à loja e qual foi minha surpresa? Só tinha UMA ÚNICA PEÇA da bermuda que eu presentearia meu pai e segundo o vendedor "estava reservada para um cliente". Além de nao fazerem minha reserva no dia que pedi, ainda não quiseram me vender a peça que lá havia, mesmo eu alegando que precisava dela naquele mesmo dia, pois era um presente. Atendimento nota zero, principalmente por terem me faltado com a verdade por telefone.
I called on Friday 12/04/19 morning to reserve a piece for a gift, and said that I would look the next day (Saturday) in the morning as well. The clerk assured me by telephone that "there was no need to book, because this piece does not go out much and still had enough and in several numbers". So no reservation was made. On Saturday, 4/13, I went to the store and what was my surprise? I had only ONE piece of shorts that I would give my father and according to the seller "was reserved for a client". Besides not making my reservation the day I asked, they still did not want to sell me the piece that was there, even though I claimed that I needed it that very day, because it was a gift. Answer zero, mainly because I missed the truth over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles não fazem troca. Ganhei uma camiseta e eles se recusaram a trocar. Disseram para eu ir até o Shopping Villa Lobos trocar onde a compra foi feita. É o fim da picada. Não vou comprar mais nada ai porque criam essa dificuldade. Aliás, vou pegar um taxi e seguir a recomendação deles e depois vou entrar na Justiça. Só as despesas que eles terão com advogado e tempo, sairá mais caro do que ter feito essa simples troca.
They don't trade. I got a shirt and they refused to change it. They told me to go to Shopping Villa Lobos to change where the purchase was made. It is the final straw. I won't buy anything else there because they create this difficulty. By the way, I'm going to take a taxi and follow their recommendation and then I'll go to court. The expenses they will have with lawyers and time alone will be more expensive than having made this simple exchange.
