★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent Middle Eastern food just a short (steep) walk from the artsy scene of Beco do Batman in Vila Madalena. We ordered the sampler platter and were blown away by dish after delicious dish. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food! They had a special mezze deal with a sampler platter of their most popular dishes which was ample for our group of four (supposed to serve 2-3). The esfiha esticada is also very nice and a different take on the traditional esfihas in São Paulo.
Cocktails are also quite nice! Was not blown away by the traditional desserts I tried though, but their menu desserts looked better!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived when they were not busy - we asked if we could have a four-top which he initially said was reserved for 3-4 people but after some bargaining he agreed to let us have it. (We ended up being the only people in the restaurant!)
The same waiter was touching his ear while taking our order and proceeded to touch the top of all glasses and serving cutlery - which we diligently cleaned!
There was another person (waiter presumably) that insisted on facing / (watching) us approximately 4m away while on his phone the entire time.
The food was fine.
Advice - don’t have 2-4 people standing around the restaurant staring on their phones and raise the bar for hygienic handling of other people’s food.
