★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma empresa tão grande e famosa não tem respeito pelo cliente sou cliente des de 2013 sempre paguei meu boletos certinho tive um problema com uma compra da sakamoto comprei 5 caixas de oleo pra motocicletas e veio 5 caixa de oleo de carro eles nao estão nem ai pra trocar o produto tem mas de 3 semanas ja paguei o primeiro boleto e ate agora nada nunca vi isso falta de respeito com o cliente eles nem sequer liga pra avisar que esta resolvendo eu que tenho que ficar ligando o dia todo espero que tenha alguém responsável que possa ver quem é os irresponsável porisso tudo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Somos clientes a muitos anos da Sakamoto, porém, sempre que há uma garantia é uma briga para ser resolvido, enviamos mensagens, são solicitadas diversas fotos, declaração, cópia de documento, mesmo enviando de imediato a demora para resolver é imensa... Ficam ligando toda semana e mandando mensagem todos os dias para tentar vender os produtos, e quando temos problemas não resolvem.
Infelizmente não conseguimos comprar móbil de outros fornecedores, pois se conseguisse, faríamos isso, pois esse é o único diferencial da empresa.
We have been customers of Sakamoto for many years, however, whenever there is a guarantee it is a fight to be resolved, we send messages, several photos, declaration, copy of document are requested, even sending immediately the delay to resolve is immense... calling every week and texting every day to try to sell the products, and when we have problems they don't solve it.
Unfortunately, we were not able to buy mobile from other suppliers, because if we could, we would do it, as this is the company's only differentiator.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me fizeram uma entrega errada no dia 02/09 estamos no 27/09 e não desfizeram a troca, irá vencer o boleto e nada, já fui informado que não tem o produto para reposição, que irá fazer o extorno, mas vejo q se está sendo difícil retirar o produto errado, imagino o tempo que irá demorar para eu receber esse extorno.... Lamentável....
