Sala São Paulo - São Paulo - SP
Seguindo as orientações do Decreto Municipal nº 61.307, de 13 de maio de 2022, a Sala São Paulo deixa de exigir o comprovante de vacinação contra a Covid-19 para a entrada de seus públicos em concertos e demais atividades da casa.
Segundo nota publicada pela Prefeitura, "a decisão leva em conta as mais de 31,2 milhões de doses de vacinas contra a Covid-19 aplicadas em todas as faixas etárias e grupos elegíveis, (...) além da diminuição das internações hospitalares" ocasionadas pelo vírus.
Lembrando que o uso de máscaras é facultativo desde o dia 17 de março — a proteção segue obrigatória em transportes públicos coletivos como ônibus, trens e metrô, e nas unidades de saúde.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite activities in Sao Paulo. Besides the great program that is offered all year long, the place itself is a masterpiece.
Very elegant, and the acoustic is equal to very other few places.
The surrounding is not so nice, so driving or taking a ride is more recommended if you are not used to walking in downtown Sao Paulo.

Amazing acoustings, ambiance is astounding, the decor of the place will bring you back and situate you in the proper atmosphere the place is supposed to. Highly recommend you to go any day. For any presentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most important concert halls in the world in the middle of the city. There is unfortunately great contrasts in São Paulo which might lead people to opt to go by taxi from Luz Station to the venue, despite the distance (7’ walk).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice room, with a superb acoustics, the best place to get in touch with classic music in Sao Paulo. Easy to park (in the back of venue) an I recommend to get here by Uber or taxi. Nice cafe inside, small so get crowded during intervals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent concert hall, great acoustics, wonderful orchestra. Every time I come to Sao Paulo, I try to go to a concert here.
Just don't try to walk anywhere in this area, especially after dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can much can I rave about this place? The building itself is beautiful, but the main concert hall is something else. The acoustic is perfectly adjusted by panels on the ceiling that can be mechanically moved before the concert. It doesn't happen every time, but I saw it once before an open rehearsal and it was very cool. You can also get seats behind the orchestra, which gives you the same view of the maestro as the musicians, again a very different experience. On the Main building you can have dinner or coffee and there is a nice gift shop.
The only problem is that it is in a dangerous area of São Paulo, so if you are not used to the city, take a taxi and be safe.
P.S. the screen at the picture obviously didn't stay down during the concert.
