★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salão péssimo. Primeiro uma senhora começou a fazer meu penteado, que era um rabo de cavalo apenas mais alto atrás e ela nem sabia o que estava fazendo. Quando acabou desmanchou tudo dizendo que não gostou e que não ia deixar eu sair com aquele cabelo. Eu disse a ela que tinha horário, perderia o transporte pro evento e ela não sabia como fazer o cabelo. Perguntou ainda se eu ia deixar os cabelos da nuca ou se ia raspar, que mulher sem noção. Chamou um rapaz pra ajudar que tb não sabia, estava muito nervoso…eu sai do salão com o cabelo que ele sabia fazer e não com o que eu queria. Fora que embolaram meu cabelo todo.
Lousy salon. First a lady started doing my hairstyle, which was a ponytail just higher in the back and she didn't even know what she was doing. When it was over, he tore it all apart saying that he didn't like it and that he wouldn't let me go out with that hair. I told her I had a schedule, I would miss transportation to the event and she didn't know how to do her hair. She even asked if I was going to leave the hair on the back of my neck or if I was going to shave it, what a clueless woman. He called a guy to help who didn't know either, he was very nervous…I left the salon with the hair he knew how to do and not what I wanted. Other than that they tangled up all my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se fizer a mão e pé com a Andrea é perfeito! Apenas! O salão usa de má fé, a atendente da recepção é super rude, me cobrou o dobro do valor informado por uma escova simples. Não pelo valor cobrado mas pela desonestidade, não pretendo retornar. Aconselho fortemente o Célio Faria Instituto que é ao lado e é infinitamente melhor, minha experiência ali foi outro nível e é nele que pretendo retornar.
If you do it hand and foot with Andrea it's perfect! Only! The salon uses it in bad faith, the receptionist is super rude, charged me twice the amount informed for a simple brush. Not for the amount charged but for the dishonesty, I do not intend to return. I strongly advise the Célio Faria Instituto which is next door and is infinitely better, my experience there was another level and that is where I intend to return.

Havia marcado de sobrancelha e unha (no mesmo horário), porém atrasei 15 min e liguei perguntando se realmente havia como me atender já que estava atrasada . O recepcionista me respondeu que eu poderia ir e que ele daria um “jeitinho”. O fato é que fiz minha sobrancelha (com uma super profissional inclusive - Moad) e a manicure (ou o recepcionista) simplesmente colocou uma cliente no meu lugar. Primeiro ponto: eu já estava marcada às 18 para a sobrancelha e só fui as 16 pq o recepcionista me garantiu que poderia fazer unha. Segundo ponto: eu saí no meio de um compromisso meu e ainda me certifiquei se por estar atrasada ainda poderia ser atendida ou iria as 18h (já que a profissional Moad estaria me esperando independente de ser 16:15 ou 18h). Toda essa situação só me leva a pensar na falta seriedade e descompromisso com o cliente.
Discommitment and negligence with the customer. I had an eyebrow and nail appointment (at the same time), but I was 15 minutes late and called asking if there was really a way to answer me since I was late. The receptionist replied that I could go and that he would give me a “way”. The fact is that I did my eyebrows (with a super professional including - Moad) and the manicurist (or the receptionist) simply put a client in my place. First point: I was already scheduled at 6 pm for the eyebrow and I only went at 4 pm because the receptionist assured me that I could have my nails done. Second point: I left in the middle of an appointment of mine and I still made sure if I could still be attended because I was late or I would go at 18:00 (since the professional Moad would be waiting for me regardless of whether it was 16:15 or 18:00). This whole situation only makes me think about the lack of seriousness and lack of commitment to the client.

POSITIVO: conseguimos pedir comida do hotel no salão e funcionarios foram simpáticos
NEGATIVO: recepcionista confirmou horarios errados o que causou enorme confusão e desconforto no dia. Fomos cobrados mais do que o cotado quando fizemos a reserva apenas duas semanas antes. Unha de gel acima do preço medio de BH para um serviço abaixo da média, ficou extremamente grossa e sai com 4 dedos sangrando da esmaltaçao.
I do not recommend. Values do not match poor quality of service
POSITIVE: We were able to order food from the hotel in the lounge and staff were friendly
NEGATIVE: receptionist confirmed wrong hours which caused huge confusion and discomfort on the day. We were charged more than quoted when we booked just two weeks before. Gel nail above the average price of BH for a service below average, it was extremely thick and comes out with 4 fingers bleeding from the enamel.
