★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fiz um agendamento as 10hs para procedimento estético no Salão Estética Arena às 13hs antes do agendamento telefonei pra confirmar é agora as 12h me ligam e informam que houve um problema no App Beauty Day. Um mega transtorno tudo porque queria me dar uma massagem de aniversário. PÉSSIMO SERVIÇO não recomendo.
Today I made an appointment at 10am for the aesthetic procedure at Salão Estética Arena at 1pm before the appointment I called to confirm it is now at 12pm call me and inform me that there was a problem in the Beauty Day App. A big inconvenience, all because I wanted to give me a birthday massage . Lousy service I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pela Amanda, simpática e super paciente (porque eu converso bastante). Fez duas limpezas de pele muito boas, uma no rosto e uma corporal numa área que tenho muitos cravinhos, foi bastante caprichosa. O lugar é limpo, bonito e organizado. Vou voltar com certeza :)
I was very well attended by Amanda, friendly and super patient (because I talk a lot). He did two very good skin cleanings, one on his face and one on an area in which I have a lot of blackheads, it was very capricious. The place is clean, beautiful and organized. I'll be back for sure :)

What a beautiful place, excellent professionals, I felt protected, employees with PPE respecting sanitary standards. Amanda's friendliness made me feel welcomed in such a difficult pandemic moment. I was looking for a salon in Ipiranga, I found it! Super recommended. !!!!
