★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao Studio de Pinheiros, 1° horário, fui bem atendida , fiz a técnica Cahanovich, porém 1 semana depois , praticamente 80% dos cílios já haviam caído, só a extensão, os meus não, mandei fotos e mensagem notificando o ocorrido, ela me disse que era normal cair de 3 a 5 fios por dia, eu falei que eram muito mais e ela nem fez questão, me senti lesada , dinheiro jogado no lixo.
Havia feito o mesmo procedimento na unidade da Vila Mariana, e o mesmo procedimento durou quase 3 semanas.
Fiquei muito decepcionada.
I went to the Pinheiros Studio, 1st hour, I was well attended, I did the Cahanovich technique, but 1 week later, practically 80% of the eyelashes had already fallen out, only the extension, mine did not, I sent photos and a message notifying her, she told me it was normal to drop 3 to 5 hairs a day, I said there were a lot more and she didn't even care, I felt injured, money thrown in the trash.
He had done the same procedure at the Vila Mariana unit, and the same procedure lasted for almost 3 weeks.
I was very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesquisei muito pra fazer minha extensão de cílios mas acabei me arrependendo de fazer nesse lugar. O cílios foi colado de uma forma que descolou a ponta mas o resto continuo colado, o que acabava incomodando a pálpebra. Além disso, foi colado mais de um fio em alguns cílios, o que deixou o cílios natural pesado, causando queda e muita coceira. Já fiz em outros lugares e nunca me deu essa coceira e incômodo. Também não gostei do ambiente. Escuro e tudo fechado…
I researched a lot to do my eyelash extension but I ended up regretting doing it in this place. The lashes were glued in a way that took off the tip but the rest was still glued, which ended up bothering the eyelid. In addition, more than one thread was glued on some lashes, which left the natural lashes heavy, causing falling and a lot of itching. I've done it in other places and it never gave me this itch and discomfort. I didn't like the environment either. Dark and all closed...
