Marcamos para fazer mao e pé antes do meu casamento e a pessoa marcou com uma manicure que foi embora mais cedo e ninguém me avisou quando cheguei. Então as demais manicures "fizeram o favor" de me atender enquanto nao chegavam as suas clientes. Fui super má atendida, fui tratada como um favor sendo que eu estava pagando assim como todo mundo e ainda cheguei 1 hora atrasada pra janta que tinha porque fiquei 3h no lugar esperando o favor. Ah e as unhas estragaram no dia seguinte porque o esmalte era velho e foi mal passado!
Quando reclamei que nem tinham lixado o pé tive que escutar que a pessoa tinha adiantado meu lado! Adiantado meu lado? Eu tinha marcado horário e tinha pago!!!

If I could I would score zero. Worst place I've ever been! We made an appointment to do hand and foot before my wedding and the person made an appointment with a manicure who left earlier and no one told me when I arrived. Then the other manicurists "did the favor" to serve me while their clients did not arrive. I was very poorly attended, I was treated as a favor and I was paying like everyone else and I was still 1 hour late for dinner because I stayed 3 hours waiting for the favor. Oh and the nails spoiled the next day because the nail polish was old and it was rare!
When I complained that I hadn't even sanded my foot, I had to hear that the person had put my side ahead of me! Early my side? I had made an appointment and paid !!!

O serviço contratado por mim, que foi a tintura de cabelo, me foi informado que custaria 150,00. O cabeleireiro lavou meus cabelos e secou-os com uma toalha que já havia sido utilizada em outra cliente. Ao final, me foi cobrado o valor de 290,00 por um serviço que havia sido informado previamente que custaria 150,00.
Get away from this place! Zero score! Poor service and embarrassing and dishonest behavior by the hairdresser and the owner.
