★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O salão não tem nenhumgentileza com clientes, todos os dias mandam Whatsapp, fui ao salão solicitei os serviços, no caixa na hora do pagt perguntei se havia algum desconto pois de aniversário ela simplesmente pergunto e hoje falei foi ontem,pois então não tem direito aos 30% pois a regra é vir no dia. Achei horrível a maneira.
The salon is not kind to customers, every day they send Whatsapp, I went to the salon I requested the services, at the cashier at the time of payment I asked if there was any discount because on her birthday she simply asked and today I said it was yesterday, because then she is not entitled to 30% because the rule is to come on the day. I thought the way was awful.

I wanted to go from long hair to chin-length, she was very patient with figuring out what I wanted. They have a 3-day guarantee to "fix" your haircut if you're unsatisfied, at no additional cost. I wanted to go shorter, again so Mary gave me her schedule so I could ask for her again since she knew what I was looking for. Really committed to quality and lovely staff.
