★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Várias vezes tentei marcar procedimentos, eles visualizam no Instagram e não respondem. Uma vez consegui ir e cortar o cabelo, mas a cabeleireira era bem grosseira ( fui informada que não está mais lá) e hj, após dar mais uma chance, mesmo tendo demorado a me responder, as cabeleireiras chegaram com uma hora de atraso e de cara feia, não foram simpáticas, não se desculparam! Só qd eu reclamei do atraso que ela deu uma resposta seca. Resolvi não fazer a coloração e vim embora! Péssimo atendimento! Não volto nunca mais!

Once I managed to go and cut my hair, but the hairdresser was very rude (I was told that she is no longer there) and today, after giving one more chance, even though it took me a long time to answer, the hairdressers arrived an hour late and ugly face, were not friendly, did not apologize! Only when I complained about the delay she gave a dry reply. I decided not to do the coloring and I left! Terrible attendance! I'll never be back!
