★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por uma péssima experiência! Fui na hora do almoço e só colocaram uma manicure pra fazer pé e mão e ainda ficou fazendo hora e mexendo no telefone enquanto eu estava em hora de almoço. Total falta de respeito com o cliente!!!

Eu marquei hora para tingir e cortar o cabelo. O salao funciona com hora marcada ou ordem de chegada (pelo menos quando estive la). A cabeleireira aplicou a tinta e fiquei esperando o tempo necessario para fazer efeito, no meu caso 40 minutos. A cabeleireira , durante todo o tempo, atendia outras pessoas, como seria normal. O problema foi que passaram 40 minutos, 50, 55 ... e, eu acabei tendo que dizer a ela que precisava lavar o cabelo. Ela lavou e me disse de forma autoritaria que iria atender uma senhora antes corta-lo. Eu tinha horario no medico, nao poderia esperar. Na verdade, o jeito desinteressado e impositivo dela ja tinha me desanimado. Nao esperei. Resultado:. alem do desrespeito ao horario agendado, meu cabelo ficou muito escuro, pessimo!

She washed and told me in an authoritative way that she would meet a lady before she cut it. I had a doctor's appointment, I could not wait. In fact, her uninterested and imposing way had already discouraged me. I did not wait. Result :. besides the disrespect to the scheduled schedule, my hair became very dark, terrible!
