★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O laboratório vive cheio com fila de 30 min só para abrir a ficha, está caindo muito o nível, poucos funcionários no atendimento.
Depois que foi comprada pela Dasa caiu demais o atendimento, sempre lotado mesmo tendo feito check in demora e não adianta fazer, uma falta de respeito com paciente.
The laboratory is always full with a 30-minute queue just to open the form, the level is dropping a lot, few employees in attendance.
After it was purchased by Dasa, the service dropped too much, always crowded even though the check-in took a long time and it's no use doing it, a lack of respect for the patient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários atenciosos e experientes, porém no dia em que fui realizar meus exames de imagem que já estavam agendados, aproveitei para fazer exame de sangue também, cheguei com 1h30min de antecedência por causa do exame de sangue e por incrível que pareça fui chamada para fazer primeiro o exame que estava agendado e o exame de sangue só foi feito depois de quase que 3 horas que eu estava lá. Nitidamente, via-se que estava faltando funcionárias para coleta de sangue. As funcionárias que estavam lá, estavam se desdobrando para poder atender todos os pacientes já estressados e com razão, Ao questionar o motivo do atraso, uma funcionária disse que tinha funcionários de licença e para ajudar, naquele dia também observei que havia muitas crianças lá para fazer exame de sangue e a coleta de sangue em crianças demanda 02 funcionárias. Sugiro o agendamento de coleta de sangue em crianças, pois a coleta de sangue em crianças é complicada.
Attentive and experienced staff, but on the day I went to perform my scheduled imaging exams, I took the opportunity to have a blood test too, I arrived 1h30min early because of the blood test and oddly enough I was called to do it first the exam that was scheduled and the blood test was only done after almost 3 hours that I was there. Clearly, it was clear that there was a lack of employees to collect blood. The employees who were there were doing their best to assist all the already stressed patients and with good reason. When questioning the reason for the delay, an employee said that she had employees on leave and to help, that day I also noticed that there were many children there to taking blood tests and collecting blood from children requires 02 employees. I suggest scheduling blood collection in children, as blood collection in children is complicated.

Antecipei tudo online de atendimento, check in pra facilitar tudo o que pedem. Meu exame de. Usg de. Ombro era 11:30 mandaram eu chegar as 11, sai 12 sem ser atendido e ngm avisou sobre atraso. Poderia ter escolhido qlqr laboratório, fui la pela primeira vez não volto nunca mais. Salvo atendimento rápido e eficiente da Jeane.
Horrible.
I anticipated everything online for service, check in to facilitate everything they ask for. My exam. Usg of. Shoulder was 11:30 they told me to arrive at 11, I left at 12 without being answered and no one informed me about the delay. I could have chosen any laboratory, I went there for the first time and I will never go back. Except Jeane's fast and efficient service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na recepção achei super simpática e atenciosa, o medico que me atendeu também, porém deixamos nossas coisas pessoais em um banheiro que não temos a chave, e ao ir nesse banheiro tinha uma pessoa trancada nele com minhas coisas lá.

The service at the reception was super friendly and attentive, the doctor who attended me too, but we left our personal things in a bathroom that we don't have the key to, and when I went to that bathroom there was a person locked in it with my things there.
Did not like!!!!!! I already leave it registered on today's date 22.01.2022 12:30

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sai agora do laboratorio ia fazer uma ressonancia...cabelo umido nao pode...ok...passei por varias triagens ate chegar lá e me disseram...senhora cabelo.umido nao pode nós achamos que era gel por isso deixamos a senhora aguardar. Nao ve se pode? Mais de uma hora de atraso da hora marcada e e fazem essa presepada....larguei meu trabalho pra me dizerem isso. Um absurdo. Ridiculo. Tamanho despreparo.
I left the laboratory now I was going to do an MRI...damp hair can't...ok...I went through several screenings until I got there and they told me...mom hair can't we thought it was gel so we left it on. lady wait. Can't see if you can? More than an hour late from the appointment and they do this presepada....I quit my job to be told this. An absurdity. Ridiculous. Size unprepared.

Realizei o teste do COVID no dia 06/01/22, teste este obrigatório para evento cirúrgico. No entanto, o prazo para emissão do laudo acabou no dia 08/01 e até o momento não recebi o pdf com informático do exame. Eis que a minha cirurgia está agendada para o dia 11/01. Por favor, priorizem este resultado, pois não estamos falando de um mero evento de férias, e sim decorrente a uma cirurgia para tratamento de doença.

I took the COVID test on 01/06/22, this test is mandatory for a surgical event. However, the deadline for issuing the report ended on 01/08 and so far I have not received the pdf with the exam computer. Behold, my surgery is scheduled for the 11/01. Please prioritize this result, as we are not talking about a mere vacation event, but a result of a surgery to treat a disease.
I await urgent return

Com horário marcado para realizar os exames atrasaram mais de uma hora do horário agendado. Ressalto que as enfermeiras que me atenderam foram excelentes, o problema é a organização para chamar no horário agendado. Detalhe: o laboratório nem estava tão cheio para tanto atraso...
