É péssimo o atendimento via telefone, e nos canais onde buscamos o boleto quase nunca funciona, tenho que me locomover até escritório e pegar pessoalmente lá.
Infelizmente terei que mudar de plano da empresa devido esse problema que a samaritano não se preocupa em resolver.
I don't have to complain about the Hospitalar network, my complaint is about the slips that never arrive in the email, post or whatsapp!
The service via telephone is terrible, and in the channels where we look for the bank slip it almost never works, I have to go to the office and pick it up in person.
Unfortunately I will have to change the company's plan due to this problem that the Samaritan doesn't bother to solve.
