★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, estava com suspeita de covid e dentro de 40 minutos estava com o teste em mãos. Passei por todos os processos, atendimento, triagem, consultório médico, teste etc. Tudo muito rápido.
 Excellent service, I was suspicious of covid and within 40 minutes I had the test in hand. I went through all the processes, attendance, screening, doctor's office, test, etc. All too fast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descaso com os pacientes, muita demora fica horas pra ser atendidos, precisei ir no ortopedista de noite eu era o único dessa área e mesmo assim demorou 2 horas pra me atender isso porque eu era o único pra passar com ortopedista, o médico estava mexendo no celular , tirei raio x e ele nem olhou direito e disse que não tinha nada, agora fui em outro médico e estava quebrado meu tornozelo porém começou a colar torto, médico com má vontade!
Negligence with patients, it takes hours to be seen, I had to go to the orthopedist at night I was the only one in that area and even then it took 2 hours to see me because I was the only one to see an orthopedist, the doctor was messing with the cell phone, I took x-rays and he didn't even look properly and said there was nothing, now I went to another doctor and my ankle was broken but it started to stick crookedly, doctor with ill will!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimas pessoas no atendimento, minha mulher estava com muita dor no abdômen e destrataram ela falando que isso não tinha nada haver com elas, depois de uma década de demora ficamos de saco cheio e fomos embora.
Bad people in attendance, my wife had a lot of pain in her abdomen and they treated her saying that it had nothing to do with them, after a decade of delay we got fed up and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. 2h só para passar na triagem, mais 3h aguardando para dizerem q meu nome não estava mais na lista e que eu teria que fazer tudo de novo. Fora o péssimo atendimento, não só comigo, mas com outros pacientes com urgência.
Awful. 2 hours just to pass the screening, another 3 hours waiting to be told that my name was no longer on the list and that I would have to do it all over again. Apart from the bad service, not only with me, but with other urgent patients.

Mas já deu 2 horas e nada.
E eu tô com suspeita de COVID.. não acho que seria "baixa prioridade" pra terem me deixado 2 horas cercado de gente.
Não foi bom. Mas não é culpa de funcionários, parece mais algo de gestão.
The so-called "Manchester Protocol" is deception. No bracelet, so I don't even know how long I'll wait.
But it's been 2 hours and nothing.
And I'm suspicious of COVID.. I don't think it would be "low priority" to have me surrounded by people for 2 hours.
It was not good. But it's not the employees fault, it seems more like a management thing.
