★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom e a equipe também, mas infelizmente a imobiliária ainda não tem a opção de boleto para o pagamento dos aluguéis, para saber quanto eu devo pagar tenho que procurá-los mensalmente, além disso, a empresa sugere que o pagamento seja feito em dinheiro na empresa deles, isso tudo em 2020. Já fiz inclusive essa sugestão direto para os funcionários para que atualizem a forma de recebimento dos aluguéis.

Devido a uma fase ruim com problemas financeiros, descobri o lado humano desta empresa, que teve paciência e diálogo comigo quando mais precisei. Pelo que pude perceber, renovou seu quadro de funcionários, visando excelência em seu atendimento. Por todo o atendimento recebido, recomendo a Sampaio, que ainda não manda boleto, mas, tem sempre uma solução adequada para isso.
For just over two years I have been renting a property managed by this real estate company. Due to a bad phase with financial problems, I discovered the human side of this company, which had patience and dialogue with me when I needed it most. As far as I could see, it renewed its staff, aiming at excellence in its service. For all the service received, I recommend Sampaio, which still does not send a ticket, but always has a suitable solution for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, não poderia estar mais frustrada e insatisfeita. Não recomendaria nem se fosse a última administradora do país. Infelizmente a decisão pelo serviço não é minha, e sim do prédio. Se você tem opção, não faça negócios com eles. Clientes e funcionários insatisfeitos. Estão parados no tempo, não oferecem nenhum serviço em beneficio dos clientes, não retificam seus erros, são grossos e arrogantes.
Solicitei um boleto para pagar uma fatura em 2015 e recebi como resposta um email dizendo que não tinha faturas em aberto. Apenas em 2016 recebo uma cobrança com uma ameaça de penalização, informando que eu deveria pagar multa e juros. Mesmo eu tendo levado a conversa de e-mail a imobiliária, ela se recusou a tirar a multa e o juros. Picaretagem.
Se tivesse como, daria 0 estrelas.

They stand still in time, offer no service to their customers, do not rectify their mistakes, are thick and arrogant.
I requested a ticket to pay an invoice in 2015 and received an email reply saying I had no open invoices. Only in 2016 am I charged with a threat of penalty, stating that I should pay a fine and interest. Even though I took the real estate email conversation, she refused to take the fine and the interest. Picking.
If I had, I would give 0 stars.

Quase 15 dias aguardando retorno de uma documentação que foi dando entrada com eles e nada de retorno, ligamos algumas vezes e a pessoa responsável nunca podia atender, 13 dias após a data do envio dos documentos, conseguimos contato por telefone e a resposta da imobiliária foi simplesmente “ acho que fizeram alguma confusão, pois este imóvel já estavam com documentação”
Agora só gostaria de entender de quem foi a confusão rsrsrs
É uma falta de respeito com os clientes, deixá-los esperando esse tempo todo achando que vai estar tudo ok o aluguel, para no final dizerem que já tinha documentação na frente.
Falta de respeito não somente com locatário mas também com proprietário que não deve ter a mínima noção de como seu imóvel está sendo mal administrado.

Contratos mal feito e nada claro.
O atendimento da funcionária Alcilene é péssimo, ela maltrata as pessoas por telefone, é como se estivesse fazendo favor. Muito abusada!

O ponto principal que me fez dar essa nota é q o contrato deles e a vistoria pré-locação é uma piada.
Ele não é bem detalhado nem explícito. Ao entregar meu apartamento bem melhor do que recebi comparando as fotos de vistoria que eles enviam e a versão atual mostra o quanto eles são amadores ou então sujos mesmo.
Entregar o apê está dando mais dor de cabeça do que alugar.
Communication with them is slow, but they solve any problems.
The main point that made me give this grade is that their contract and the pre-lease survey is a joke.
It is not very detailed or explicit. When delivering my apartment much better than I received comparing the survey photos they send and the current version shows how much they are amateurs or even dirty.
Delivering the apartment is giving you more headache than renting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive dois contratos como locatário com a Sampaio por um período de 7 anos. Nunca tive problemas com eles, sempre foram muito honestos comigo e na devolução dos imóveis sempre foram justos.
Os funcionários sempre foram cordiais e a Alcilene é muito atenciosa e prestativa.
O fato de não poder pagar com cartão de débito para mim nunca foi empecilho, já que era possível pagar em cheque nominalmente à Sampaio. Às vezes é difícil de falar no telefone com alguém, mas nada que você não possa conseguir tentando ligar alguns minutos mais tarde.
Como disse, a honestidade é fator que considero o mais importante nesse tipo de contrato (de locação) e de minha parte sempre achei que foram justos. Sendo assim, recomendo negócios a quem estiver na dúvida. Abraço!
I had two contracts as a tenant with Sampaio for a period of 7 years. I never had any problems with them, they were always very honest with me and when returning property they were always fair.
The staff have always been friendly and Alcilene is very attentive and helpful.
The fact that I was not able to pay by debit card was never an obstacle, since it was possible to pay by check nominally to Sampaio. Sometimes it's hard to talk to someone on the phone, but nothing you can't do by trying to call a few minutes later.
As I said, honesty is a factor that I consider the most important in this type of (lease) contract and for my part I always thought that they were fair. Therefore, I recommend business to anyone in doubt. Hug!
