★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida. Os funcionários se esforçam bastante para atender às demandas do cliente e mesmo quando isso não é possível, eles tentam dar um encaminhamento à questão.
 I was very well attended. Employees work hard to meet customer demands, and even when that is not possible, they try to escalate the issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem aparelhos para vender na loja! Não têm o NOTE 20 ULTRA! E os preços dos aparelhos disponíveis estão MUITO mais caros do que em TODAS as outras lojas (até no mesmo Shopping, vinte metros de distância!!!)... Não tem nem folhetos de todos os aparelhos... Já foi melhor...
There are no devices to sell in the store! They do not have the NOTE 20 ULTRA! And the prices of the available devices are MUCH more expensive than in ALL the other stores (even in the same Mall, twenty meters away!!!)... There aren't even brochures for all the devices... It was better.. .

More than one employee at the store wearing a protective mask as an accessory, lowered down, leaving nose and mouth exposed. I felt completely insecure. Nonsense!
