★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um atendimento cordial e eficiente, mas em matéria de conforto para o cliente é zero. principalmente quando comparado ao atendimento que costuma ter na Assistência Técnica na Avenida Pedroso de Moraes em Pinheiros. Uma pena que na Pandemia a Samsung tenha optado por mandar funcionários embora e o atendimento da Assistência Técnica tenha ficada apenas o que todos dão, sem o diferencial que esta empresa tinha.
A cordial and efficient service, but in terms of comfort for the customer is zero. especially when compared to the service you usually get at Technical Assistance at Avenida Pedroso de Moraes in Pinheiros. It is a pity that in Pandemia, Samsung chose to send employees away and the Technical Assistance service was left with what everyone gives, without the differential that this company had.
