Sou a Maria Rita. Dia 27/12/2016 uma equipe do Samu socorreu minha BB de 4 dias de vida de Medina para Teófilo Otoni.
Por volta das 11:30 da manhã.
Gostaria muito de agradecer a tds da equipe e dizer q minha filha depois de 19 dias em coma e 60 dias de hospital sobreviveu.
Gostaria muito de entrar em contato com a equipe p falar da minha eterna gratidão.
Devido á emoção do momento não mim .lembro muito bem o nome do médico.
Mas era Dr Ricardo ou Fernando.

I'm Maria Rita. On 12/27/2016 a team from Samu rescued my BB from 4 days of life from Medina to Teófilo Otoni.
Around 11:30 in the morning.
I would like to thank tds of the staff and say q my daughter after 19 days in coma and 60 days of hospital survived.
