★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho aqui deixar o meu agradecimento, a equipe do SAMU -16 Sr Carlos e Sra Solange, que atenderam hoje 19/10/2018, a minha mãe que caiu em casa e sofreu um corte na cabeça.....eles foram de um cuidado muito especial, muito atenciosos, excelentes profissionais...... pessoas assim como a Solange e o Carlos, fazem a diferença !!! Que Deus abençoe eternamente a vida de vocês, e muito obrigado pelo carinho que tiveram com ela!!! Parabéns ?????
 I come here to leave my thanks, the SAMU team -16 Mr Carlos and Mrs Solange, who attended today 10/19/2018, my mother who fell at home and suffered a cut on the head ..... they were from one very special care, very attentive, excellent professionals ...... people like Solange and Carlos, make a difference !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com minha mãe na emergência , uma senhora de 72 anos já vai fazer quase 48 h esperando uma vaga no SUS pra internação, o caso dela é delicado , muito debilitada não consegue comer e nem fazer nada sozinha , necessita ser internada pra ter cuidados como alguém para alimenta lá e monitoramento, e por lei ela tem direito a um acompanhante , segundo o estatuto do idoso , porém não posso ajudar pq ela está numa emergência do UPA. Conseguimos a vaga , porém agora não tem ambulância , o pedido da ambulância para transferir foi feito as 10:30 e agora são 14:15 e nada e ligamos lá e eles só informam pra aguardar . Um descaso com quem passa anos pagando seus impostos

We got the place, but now there is no ambulance, the ambulance order to transfer was made at 10:30 and now it is 14:15 and nothing and we call there and they only inform to wait. A neglect with those who spend years paying their taxes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha irmã Valéria, que está com a tíbia em recuperação e minha mãe dona Lourdes , que tem crises de hipogressemia, tem sido socorrida , em algumas vezes chegando próximo ao óbito, mas o atendimento dos profissionais da SAMU, tem sido preciso para salvar a vida da minha mãe.
Agradeço a Deus primeiramente e depois ao atendimento desses profissionais.
My sister Valéria, who has her tibia in recovery and my mother, Mrs. Lourdes, who has bouts of hypoglossemia, has been rescued, sometimes coming close to death, but the care of SAMU professionals has been necessary to save life from my mother.
I thank God first and then for the care of these professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde as 10h30 a UPA CENTRAL solicitou uma unidade do SAMU para transferir a minha mãe, uma senhora de 72 anos para o hospital Beneficência Portuguesa (qaoue fica ao lado). Agora as 15h52, após ligar 3 vezes para o 192, a Talita que atende alega que a responsabilidade é da UPA e a UPA diz que a responsabilidade é do Samu. Então resolvi ligar no viva a voz novamente e gravar a conversa... a Talita passou para o enfermeiro responsável Heitor e o mesmo confirmou que a responsabilidade é é UPA, porém os responsáveis do plantão da emergencia na UPA, Janaína, Adriana e mais um enfermeiro que ouviu a ligação, vai abrir também uma reclamação pois eles tem as ligações feitas para o SAMU com o pedido.
Por fim....liguei na Unidade e Ambulância Particular....HOME MESICAL LINE (13)3222-7678, falei com a Vanessa e vou pagar 345,00, graças ao descaso, lembrandonque teve entrada de 8 ambulancias da unidade SAMU na UPA que só entraram com paxientes e nao podem levar a minha mãe pq não tem autorização.
Vou pagar pq quero a minha mãe viva e tem horário para entrar com a internação para naonperder a vaga, mas isso sairá muito caro, pois vou entrar com AÇÃO contra vcs e a UPA. Aguarde! Isso é um descaso.

Since 10:30 am UPA CENTRAL requested a SAMU unit to transfer my mother, a 72 year old lady to the Beneficência Portuguesa hospital (qaoue is next door). Now at 3:52 pm, after calling 3 times to 192, Talita who answers claims that the responsibility is with UPA and UPA says that Samu is responsible. So I decided to call the speakerphone again and record the conversation ... Talita passed it to the nurse in charge Heitor and he confirmed that the responsibility is UPA, however those responsible for the emergency duty at UPA, Janaína, Adriana and one more nurse who heard the call, will also open a complaint because they have the calls made to SAMU with the request.
Finally .... I called the Unit and Private Ambulance .... HOME MESICAL LINE (13) 3222-7678, I spoke with Vanessa and I will pay 345.00, thanks to the neglect, remembering that 8 ambulances from the SAMU unit were admitted at the UPA who only entered with patients and cannot take my mother because they don't have authorization.
I will pay because I want my mother alive and have time to enter the hospital to save the vacancy, but this will be very expensive, as I will enter ACTION against you and the UPA. Wait! This is disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável! Minha irmã ficou passando mal no sofá por mais de 40 MINUTOS!! Primeiro, deram a desculpa que estavam aguardando liberação de ambulância?? Depois disseram que erraram o endereço. Como é que erram o endereço com google maps, waze e outros aplicativos? Moro a menos de 1 km da sede do SAMU. Total descaso e irresponsabilidade. Se fossem mais ágeis minha irmã poderia estar viva. Liguei mais de 20 vezes. Se erraram o endereço porque não ligaram de volta pra saber o correto?
Ao chegarem depois de mais de 40 MINUTOS DE ESPERA o motorista ficou arrumando a maca enquanto eu desesperado segurava o elevador para agilizar o socorro. Sendo que eu havia falado que já estava uma cadeira de rodas na porta de casa e que a maca não poderia subir por causa do elevador. A socorrista já dentro do elevador teve que apressar o motorista pra subir. Ao chegar ao meu andar, o motorista e a socorrista perceberam que haviam esquecido o tubo de oxigênio. Minutos e segundos preciosos perdidos. No fim, levaram minha irmã na ambulância, mas chegando à Santa Casa ela teve a primeira parada cardíaca. Se passar mal não dependa do SAMU. Sua vida corre sério risco.
Unfortunate! My sister was having a hard time on the sofa for over 40 MINUTES !! First, did they give the excuse that they were waiting for ambulance release ?? Then they said they missed the address. How do they go wrong with google maps, waze, and other apps? I live less than 1 km from SAMU headquarters. Total disregard and irresponsibility. If they were more agile my sister could be alive. I called more than 20 times. Did they miss the address because they did not call back to know the correct one?
Arriving after more than 40 MINUTES OF WAITING the driver got the litter up while I desperately held the elevator to speed up the rescue. Being that I had said that there was already a wheelchair in the door of house and that the stretcher could not rise because of the elevator. The rescuer already inside the elevator had to rush the driver to go up. Upon arriving at my floor, the driver and the rescuer realized that they had forgotten the oxygen tube. Minutes and precious seconds lost. In the end, they took my sister in the ambulance, but arriving at Santa Casa, she had the first cardiac arrest. If you get sick, do not depend on SAMU. Your life is at serious risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deu uma estrela porque não encontrei a opção fe nenhuma estrela,vamos lá: solicitado uma remoção as 16hs do dia 11/08/21,apos 1 hora de espera não tinha previsão de atender,apos 2:15, precisamente as 18:15 o samu me ligou me indagando se ainda precisava da remoção???minha esposa foi removida em uma maca de resgate pela corporação dos bombeiros as 15:05 e levada ao hospital da Ana Costa,eles me atenderam após eu pedir socorro em 15 minutos, estou indignado,morador de Santos (SP)cidade ranqueada como referência de moradia e de lugar bom de se residir...mas não tem SAMU,ao comprar aqui pesquise isso,moro a uma distância de 1 quarteirão deste flagelo chamado SAMU.
It gave a star because I didn't find the option and no star, let's go: I requested a removal at 4 pm on 08/11/21, after 1 hour of waiting there was no forecast to answer, after 2:15, precisely at 18:15 o Samu called me asking if I still needed the removal??? my wife was removed on a rescue stretcher by the fire department at 15:05 and taken to Ana Costa's hospital, they attended me after I asked for help in 15 minutes, I am indignant, resident of Santos (SP) city ranked as a reference for housing and a good place to live...but there is no SAMU, when buying here, search for it, I live at a distance of 1 block from this scourge called SAMU.
