★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima. A emergencia SAMU praia grande já foi, no passado, rapida e eficiente. Hoje está um lixo. M oro no Imperador, Liguei 192 as 23;45h do dia 09/09/19, expliquei a situação ao atendente, que minha filha estava com um problema na coluna, com muita dor, sem pode se movimentar, com hipotermia e pressão baixa, necessitando de cuidados medicos.
Alguem que se intitulou medico, disse-me que isso não era caso de emergencia, porque não colocava a vida da pessoa em risco.
Antes de conseguir perguntar o nome do abençoado , ele simplesmente desligou na minha cara.
Bom, estão ai o dia e horario dos fatos, por isso imagino que não seja dificil identificar o mal servidor que merece, no minimo, um "puxão de orelha"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 16 de dezembro por volta das 15h15mn sofri uma acidente doméstico, cai da escada , sofri traumatismo craniano, convulsões e espasmos , fui socorrida pela equipe do samu praia grande, agradeço por toda dedicação e empenho da equipe da básica e avançada que me pretaram o socorro ,evitando que evoluisse para o piores complicações . Não sei o nome dos profissionais, só que estavam de plantão neste dia. Gratidão à todos. Valorizem e respeitem esses profissionais.
Podem informar por gentileza como faço para ter acesso ao relatório do dia do meu atendimento?
