★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou constrangida, compro medicamentos a mais de um ano nessa unidade e hoje em especial além de venderem o produto errado na hora em que meu irmão foi fazer a troca pelo produto correto, fizeram ele ir e voltar 2 vezes pra casa, na primeira vez teria que pagar a diferença do produto (tudo ok até aqui), depois teria que ter um documento para comprovar que foi ele que fez a compra. Achei isso o cúmulo da falta de respeito, não faziam 10 minutos se quer que a compra tinha sido feita.

Terrible I was like a fool on the phone waiting for someone to answer, and no one answered, I called twice playing music leaving an agent like Muggle. Shame and lack of respect.
