★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Manifesto minha experiência no dia das mães, neste dia especial fui em busca de "um" dos maravilhosos bolos que só na San Marco encontraria, além do contato de telefone estar indisponível (ocupado), ao ver sua vitrine levei produto que infelizmente decepcionou! Confeitaria iniciante teria sido muito melhor pela experiência decepcionante que tivemos, infelizmente!

O que deixa a desejar as vezes, é o mau humor de alguns funcionários e principalmente de um Senhor que geralmente fica no caixa interno da padaria, perto dos banheiros. Não sei se é gerente ou dono do estabelecimento, o fato é que sempre está de cara fechada e quando cumprimentamos com bom dia, boa tarde ou boa noite, nem sequer olha na nossa cara. Uma moça do caixa segue a mesma linhagem. O espaço tem uma bela proposta, porém se continuarem assim, com certeza vão perder clientes.
The bakery is good, quality products and fair prices. What leaves something to be desired at times, is the bad mood of some employees and especially a gentleman who usually stays in the bakery's internal cashier, near the bathrooms. I don't know if he's the manager or owner of the establishment, the fact is that he's always frowning and when we say good morning, good afternoon or good night, he doesn't even look us in the face. A cashier girl follows the same lineage. The space has a beautiful proposal, but if they continue like this, they will surely lose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece que o tempo não ensina ninguém!!! Logo nos primeiros meses estive nessa padaria e passei por uma experiência desagradável com relação a atendimento e preços. Conversei com a gerente da época e a mesma me informou que o valor de um suco (2 frutas) de 330ml, que me foi cobrado 16 reais, estava errado e que aquele não era o valor correto e etc, hj retornei pedi o mesmo suco e pra minha surpresa advinhem o valor? Os mesmos 16 reais por um suco de 330ml de mamão com laranja, enquanto um suco de uma fruta só custa 9 reais segundo a moça do caixa!!! Um verdadeiro roubo. Infelizmente já dei todas as chances para que melhorassem seu atendimento e me convencessem de que são um estabelecimento sério que respeita seus clientes, mas já percebi que estou dando murro em ponta de faca!! Não retorno, não indico, não recomendo e aviso a quem quiser que existem estabelecimentos melhores na região, inclusive do mesmo dono desse aí!! A padaria Bella Baeta é muito melhor em atendendo em atendimento e qualidade!!

The same 16 reais for a 330ml papaya juice with orange, while a fruit juice only costs 9 reais according to the cashier!!! A real theft. Unfortunately, I've already given them every chance to improve their service and convince me that they are a serious establishment that respects their customers, but I've already realized that I'm kicking my ass!! I don't return, I don't recommend, I don't recommend and I warn anyone who wants to know that there are better establishments in the region, including the same owner as this one!! Bella Baeta bakery is much better in service and quality!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A estética inicial é boa, no primeiro dia parecia ótimo, porem em menos de uma semana, os cigarretes de queijo estavam crus por dentro, varios produtos tem em um dia e não tem no outro, vindo a desculpa que só faz a tarde ou só faz de manha, preços extremamente elevados e fora da realidade, pegar 3 ítens e gastar entre 40 e 60 reais é normal. Peguei um saquinho com 6 carolinas, na hora que vi quanto deu quase desisti R$ 20,00, sendo que o mesmo produto na quantidade que peguei em qualquer outra ão daria 7 ou 8 reais. Detalhe, são espertos, pesam e não mostram o preço final na balança. Atendimento longe do desejável. Eu estava feliz no inicio porque aqui precisava de uma boa padaria fazia tempo, só que a atual padaria do pedaço, deixa a desejar, mesmo tendo um enorme potencial. Investiram em estetica e esqueceram o restante.

Porém os atendentes precisam ser melhor treinados. O café estava muito ruim! O cafezinho de uma padaria é o ponto principal, sr.gerente, o sr. Provou o seu café? Sugiro que faça isso....conheço outro estabelecimento desse proprietário e sei que ele zela por qualidade, por isso a gerência dessa unidade precisa ficar atenta a esses detalhes , a estrutura é muito boa, merece tudo a altura.

But the attendants need to be better trained. The coffee was really bad! A bakery's coffee is the main point, Mr. Manager, Mr. Did you taste your coffee? I suggest you do that....I know another establishment by this owner and I know he cares about quality, so the management of this unit needs to pay attention to these details, the structure is very good, it deserves everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um sonho pra quem gosta de pães e bolos, há muita variedade na padaria, com ambiente amplo e agradável para se sentar e tomar um café. O local também oferece almoço, os atendentes são educados, a comida é saborosa, mas o suco natural de laranja que pedi estava razoável e pedi com gelo e veio sem, tendo que pedir o gelo novamente... Mas no geral a experiência foi ótima. recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com a onda das Padarias em crescimento, ficamos tentados as conhecer a SAN MARCO PANETTERIA em SBC, a decoração como deveria de ser chama atenção, são 2 andares e um sem fim de produtos, entre pães doces e bolos.
O pecado começa com 2º andar extremamente quente e no térreo parece que o ar não funciona. Mesmo no tempo frio de Sampa o local quente, nos fez optar no cardápio por uma banana split. A foto fala por si só. Isso acontece com o despreparo de quem monta o cardápio. Porém arriscamos pedir um bolo, esse da foto e o bolo estava seco e velho. Observei que a fila do pão estava grande. Talvez devessem se concentrar nisso.
