Qualquer outro laboratĂłrio, com os sistemas automatizados para anĂĄlise, emitem o resultado no m mesmo dia. Nem a mĂ©dica que solicitou exame acreditou na demora ?
Little laboratory that takes 1 week to issue a simple blood count result ... I regret it and do not recommend using it. Any other laboratory, with automated systems for analysis, will issue the result on the same day. Not even the doctor who requested the exam believed in the delay ?

Requested a quote for several exams by whatsapp last Saturday, and until the end of today's office, I still haven't received any response, it gives the impression that no one cares about this service offered, or really has no interest in answering my request.

Desisto de ir na Sancet. Vou mais longe de casa mas nele nĂŁo volto mais. O Ășnico menos pior Ă© a matriz.
If I could give no stars, they try to renew but it only gets worse if they don't train the rude and overbearing attendants, you just want to ask something as soon as they look and they already send you a password, then they give you incomplete information. I give up going to Sancet. I go further from home but I won't go back there. The only least worst is the matrix.

Sou cliente do Laboratorio a muitos anos, precisei fazer um exame de cortisol salivar, optei pelo Sancetinho para fazer 58 exames ( particular)
Quando foi o dia do Cortisol que necessita espera de 1h a cada coleta (3 coletas no dia, com 01 hora de repouso ) as atendentes me pediram para fazer o repouso na recepção em um momento de pandemia, onde estou com a saĂșde vulnerĂĄvel. Fiz repousos prĂ© exame na recepção, no frio, em bancos desconfortĂĄveis para ficar 1h repousando para exame, junto de todos que passavam pela clĂnica. A coleta foi feita na frente de todos que estavam na recepção. Extremamente indelicado, me expondo, pĂ©ssima conduta da clĂnica.Quando retornei para segunda coleta as 10h ( coleta seria as 11h) a atendente me entregou apenas 01 tudo de coleta para a prĂłxima das 17h, questionei que seria 02 tubos devido a quarta coleta das 23h. Ela me informou que nĂŁo tinha tubos para esse exame Ă© que eu deveria voltar para buscar, pois ela sĂł receberia no perĂodo da tarde.
LamentĂĄvel! A empresa desconhece a palavra excelĂȘncia, nĂŁo basta entregar um exame precisa saber atender.

I have been a Laboratorio client for many years, I needed to take a salivary cortisol test, I opted for Sancetinho to take 58 tests (private)
When it was the day of Cortisol that requires waiting 1 hour for each collection (3 collections a day, with 01 hour of rest) the attendants asked me to rest at the reception in a moment of pandemic, where I am in vulnerable health. I took pre-examination rests at the reception, in the cold, on uncomfortable benches to rest for 1 hour for an examination, with everyone who passed by the clinic. The collection was carried out in front of everyone at the reception. Extremely impolite, exposing me, the clinic's terrible conduct. When I returned for the second collection at 10:00 am (collection would be at 11:00 am) the attendant gave me only 01 collection everything for the next 5:00 pm, I questioned that it would be 02 tubes due to the fourth collection at 11:00 pm . She informed me that she did not have tubes for this exam and that I should go back to get it, as she would only receive it in the afternoon.
Unfortunate! The company does not know the word excellence, it is not enough to deliver an exam, it needs to know how to attend.

â â â â â PĂ©ssima, 40 minutos aguardando sĂł para fazer uma ficha, 2h aguardando para fazer uma simples coleta de sangue, ultrapassou o limite do meu jejum mesmo tendo chegado com 1h de antecedĂȘncia.
Sempre fiz meus exames aqui, mas hoje foi a Ășltima vez!
Terrible, 40 minutes waiting just to make a form, 2 hours waiting to do a simple blood draw, exceeded my fasting limit even though I arrived 1 hour in advance.
I always took my exams here, but today was the last time!

â â â â â Sempre gostei de vir aqui, mesmo sendo um dos laboratĂłrios mais caros da regiĂŁo , mas o atendimento era Ăłtimo, mas das 3 Ășltimas vezes que vim aqui o atendimento estĂĄ pĂ©ssimo!!! A Ășnica moça que tem empatia pelos clientes nĂŁo estĂĄ aqui, nĂŁo sei se estĂĄ de fĂ©rias , o Ășnico guichĂȘ que atende Ă© o 01, sĂŁo 4 guichĂȘs , a do nĂșmero 2 e 3 sĂł conversam e nem olham para as pessoas, levantam somente para atender o telefone, nĂŁo atendem ninguĂ©m, acho que deveriam colocĂĄ-las na ĂĄrea administrativa, e nĂŁo na recepção. A do guichĂȘ 04 super antipĂĄtica, uma mĂĄ vontade para atender que atĂ© agradeço por nĂŁo chamar
Estou aqui jĂĄ faz 40 minutos , 3 guichĂȘs no livres e ninguĂ©m chama minha senha.

I always liked coming here, even though it is one of the most expensive laboratories in the region, but the service was great, but the last 3 times I came here the service was terrible!!! The only girl who has empathy for customers is not here, I don't know if she's on vacation, the only counter that works is 01, there are 4 counters, number 2 and 3 just talk and don't even look at people, they only get up to answer the phone, they don't answer anyone, I think they should put them in the administrative area, not at the reception. The one at counter 04 was super unfriendly, unwilling to answer that I even thank you for not calling
I've been here for 40 minutes, 3 free counters and no one calls my password.
