★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei da minha última experiência no exame de papanicolau, achei a técnica q realizou o exame despreparada pois foi dolorido e tive até sangramento. Precisam avaliar melhor se os profissionais possuem realmente preparação para os exames.
 I didn't like my last experience with the Pap smear, I found the technique that performed the exam unprepared because it was painful and I even had bleeding. They need to better assess whether professionals really have preparation for the exams.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento das funcionárias é excelente, todas extremamente simpáticas e atenciosas! O ponto negativo é o tempo de espera para atendimento, extremamente demorado, levou mais de 1 hora para eu ser atendida e tinha somente 3 pessoas na minha frente! As funcionárias tentam agilizar ao máximo mas a mesma pessoa que atende na recepção faz a coleta do sangue! Acho que deveriam dispor de mais funcionários!!
The service of the employees is excellent, all extremely friendly and attentive! The negative point is the waiting time for service, extremely long, it took more than 1 hour for me to be served and there were only 3 people in front of me! The employees try to make it as quick as possible but the same person who works at the reception collects the blood! I think they should have more staff!!

Ponto negativo: chegou uma paciente para teste covid com mascara bem danificada, foi orientada a aguardar. Ficou junto aos demais , na mesma ordem de chegada, até banco com distanciamento não tem mais.
Sugiro ter uma sala especifica para pacientes aguardarem qaundo com suspeitas de doenças infecto- contagiosas como por exemplo: covid, sarampo, rubéola ......

I suggest having a specific room for patients to wait when they suspect infectious-contagious diseases such as: covid, measles, rubella ......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A recepcionista que me atendeu foi muito grossa, mal educada, deitada sobre a cadeira como se estivesse no sofá da casa dela. Debochando da nossa cara, como se estive fazendo um favor em nós atender. Nunca mais faço qualquer exame na unidade de Bras Cubas. A pessoa da coleta muito atenciosa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ foi muito rápido, o atendente foi gentil além de todos serem muito atenciosos e gentis. Fizeram meu cadastro logo entreguei o pedido do exame e em alguns minutos já coletaram a amostra e me passaram o portal para retirar o exame.... Recomendo demais ^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sobre a coleta de sangue - gostamos muito, funcionaria que fez a coleta muito atenciosa e cuidadosa. sobre o ambiente (Sancetinho) - muito organizado, amplo e bem ventilado. achei que por ser um ambiente para publico infantil, tinha muito adulto e a recepção poderia dar preferencia ao atendimento de famílias com crianças. o problema foi a falta de informação e informações erradas dadas pela recepção, pois fui informada em um dia que aceitavam meu plano de saúde e hoje ao chegar para os exames com minha filha de 12 anos, fui informada que não aceitavam o Seguros Unimed! porem, como já havíamos nos preparado para a coleta (minha filha estava em jejum e já havia coletado a urina), optei por fazer os exames e pagar particular.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a maioria das atendentes são educadas e atenciosas, mas no sancetinho por exemplo tem uma mais jovem que passa informação errada, não confere informações, pede o almoço dela e das colegas e tenta te atender ao mesmo tempo, e se estiver quase no horário do almoço ou saída dela, ela espera na mesa e não atende ninguém. E no site é informado um prazo de entrega para os exames e descobre-se no protocolo que é muito maior, a qualidade tem diminuído, infelizmente, era um ótimo laboratório.

the person who conducted the test was friendly and helpful, he explained how the test would be done and how it might feel.
the test itself is horrible, but it was done very professionally.
the results were available the same day which was important.
this location has a few parking spots and a bathroom.
