★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ate a oficina o Walace me atendeu expliquei o problema ele ouviu o barulho que estava fazendo ,combinei o dia para deixar o carro ,deixei o carro conforme combinado ,mas não tive retorno ,liguei e o mesmo falou que não teve tempo a oficina esta cheia e disse que não sabia o que estava acontecendo com o carro ,perguntei então porque pegou o carro . Fui buscar o carro me deixou esperando como se não estivesse ali então pedi as chaves e o Walace estressado me chamou de mal educado e me mandou ir embora . Profissional totalmente despreparado para lidar com o publico não cumpre o combinado.

Professional totally unprepared to deal with the public does not fulfill the agreement.

Estive na Impacto na praia grande e lá usaram de ma fé e falaram que as rodas estavam empenadas e para arrumar o valor era R$70,00 por roda.Fizeram balanceamento errado colocando os chumbos ao contrário. Com isso o carro ficou pulando mesmo levando o carro para arrumar falaram devido as rodas não dava balanceamento. Levei na empresa Sandi serviços automotivo lá o atendimento foi totalmente diferente foi mostrado que as rodas estavam boas e o chumbos colocandos corretamente.
Ao dirigir o carro ficou perfeito o serviço!!!

I was at Impacto in Praia Grande and there they used it in bad faith and said that the wheels were bent and to fix the price it was R$70.00 per wheel. With that the car was jumping even taking the car to fix they said because the wheels didn't balance. I took it to the company Sandi Automotive Services there, the service was totally different, it was shown that the wheels were good and the leads were placed correctly.
When driving the car, the service was perfect!!!
