 Terrible Service!!! 2 hours of waiting for a sandwich to be delivered, they don't answer the phone so they don't have to give satisfaction to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tão boa, levei minha família mas o atendimento ficou a desejar. Recebemos os sanduíches e aguardamos a bebida q não veio. Desatenção do atendente. E se eu não observasse a bebida seria cobrada, ou seja, o atendente colocou na comanda mas não entregou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente do Sandubas, o sanduíche realmente é muito bom, mas infelizmente não segue o mesmo padrão em todos os pedidos. Sempre peço o mesmo lanche e com algumas especificações, tem vez que vem certinho, mas outras vezes não. E sabendo disso, deixei claro para a moça que me atendeu: Tira o bacon e o presunto pelo amor de Deus!! Meu pedido de hoje veio apenas pão, frango, ovo e o bacon que ganhei de brinde dentro do pão. QUE RAIVA !!Faltou, alface, tomate, milho, batata palha e queijo e um detalhe esperei quase 2 horas e não veio a maionese extra que pedi. (Cobraram tudo). Liguei para ver o que tinha acontecido, e quando atenderam me disseram que não tinham mais nada, quando fizeram meu sanduíche as coisas tinham acabado, por isso so veio pão e ovo. Fiquei bastante chateado e decepcionado com a resposta de quem me atendeu, como se isso fosse algo natural… acabou as coisas, vamos montar o “lanche com os restos que tem e vender”. E outro detalhe super importante, cobraram o valor como se eu tivesse consumido o que eu tinha pedido. DECEPÇÃO !!
I'm a Sandubas customer, the sandwich is really good, but unfortunately it doesn't follow the same pattern in all orders. I always order the same snack and with some specifications, sometimes it comes right, and other times it doesn't. And knowing that, I made it clear to the girl who attended me: Take the bacon and ham for God's sake!! My order today came only bread, chicken, egg and the bacon I got as a toast inside the bread. WHAT A RAGE!! There was no lettuce, tomato, corn, potato straw and cheese and a detail I waited almost 2 hours and the extra mayonnaise I asked for didn't come. (They charged everything). I called to see what had happened, and when they answered they told me they didn't have anything else, when they made my sandwich, things were over, so only bread and eggs came. I was quite upset and disappointed with the response of those who attended me, as if this were something natural… things are over, we are going to set up the “snack with the leftovers we have and sell”. And another super important detail, they charged the amount as if I had consumed what I had ordered. DISAPPOINTMENT !!
