★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar cada vez pior sem um pingo de consideração, hj pela manhã minha filha passou pelo convênio onde só era um retorno para ver os exames ficou mais de 1:30 para não ser atendida enquanto nas duas salas as médicas sem nenhum paciente muita demora com pessoas que não está bem muito triste ter que ver minha filha indo embora porque nao estava aguentando espera ser atendida

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento passei mal dei entrada no consultório às 01:30 da manhã e sai de lá as 03:30 manhã tendo que volta pela manhã para fazer um ultrassom pq de madrugada não fazia cheguei às 09:25 da manhã para fazer o ultrassom com muita dor e as 11:30 fui atendida pois o médico que fazia a ultrassom estava fazendo uma biópsia ficando lá mais de 2 horas com dor, depois fui para o consultório novamente para passar com o médico para avaliar o exame fiquei mais 1:30 sem atendimento fui embora sem ser atendida porque eu não aguentei mais ficar sentada esperando é muito triste o descaso que fazem isso que é convênio

Terrible service I was barely admitted to the office at 01:30 in the morning and left there at 03:30 in the morning having to come back in the morning for an ultrasound because at dawn I didn't arrive at 9:25 in the morning to do the ultrasound very pain and at 11:30 am I was seen because the doctor who performed the ultrasound was doing a biopsy, staying there for more than 2 hours with pain, then I went to the office again to see the doctor to evaluate the exam, I was left for more than 1:30 without care I left without being assisted because I couldn't stand to sit and wait any longer, it's very sad the negligence they do, which is an agreement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe ficou 20 dias na UTI deles e saiu com escaras profundas. Isso porque eu perguntava sempre como estava com relação a esse risco e diziam sempre que estava tudo bem. No dia da alta pedi pra olhar e daí confessaram. Saiu de lá com um buraco no coccix.

Fiquei com o meu filho uma eternidade aqui para ser atendido.

Uma vergonha essa prefeitura que cobra impostos caríssimos e não oferece nada em troca, até quando ficaremos nestas condições.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gratidão ao cirurgião que operou meu filho, aos profissionais do Centro Cirúrgico, enfermagem e a recepcionista que abriu ficha. E a Deus. De resto... descaso total, demora, desrespeito, etc. Foram dias terríveis que passamos lá.
Gratitude to the surgeon who operated on my son, to the professionals at the Surgical Center, nursing and the receptionist who opened the file. And goodbye. Otherwise... total neglect, delay, disrespect, etc. It was terrible days we spent there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 14/02/2022 levei minha esposa na Santa casa por ter torcido o pé, chegamos 20:30 até a triagem foi ótimo, mas depois só chamou para passar com o módico as 3:00 horas da manhã , fez raiox tudo muito rápido, tamou soro, mas para passar o exame com o médico foi outra demora,teve que esperar o médico novamente e só saímos às 5:40 hs, teve paciente que estáva com dor e desistiu da consulta é um absurdo.todos os dias é a mesma coisa. É lamentável!
