★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um bom atendimento, pessoas bem educadas e informadas, seguem os protocolos de segurança e privacidade dos pacientes, se preocupam com o isolamento social e uso de mascaras de proteção contra o covid19.
Mesmo com filas eles mantém todos .uma distância tolerada e não se permite nenhum tipo de perturbação no local.
O local é bem limpo em todos os setores.

 Good service, well-educated and informed people, follow the protocols for patient safety and privacy, are concerned with social isolation and the use of protective masks against covid19.
Even with queues they keep everyone a tolerated distance and no disturbance is allowed on the site.
The place is very clean in all sectors.

Só salvou foi o médico mesmo...
I went in 2016 and never again!! rude secretary. my doctor asked for the exam again because I couldn't see anything. The doctor was great, he knows how to do the job, but the equipment was very old...
The only thing that saved was the doctor...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dei uma estrela pq não tinha como dar menos. O atendimento da secretaria é péssimo! Estava cotando local para fazer o exame particular e preferi marcar em outro local mais caro, por causa do atendimento!
I gave a star because I couldn't give less. The service from the secretariat is terrible! I was quoting a place to take the private exam and I preferred to make an appointment at another more expensive place, because of the service!

Mesmo sendo pago "particular ",
fui agendado pra retirar dia 11 as 16hrs não estava pronto voltei dia 16 não pude retirar; absurdo na entrega do exame
E mesmo voltando 4 dias depois se recusaram entregar o exame as 17hrs pq só poderia ser entregue das 16:00 às 16.45hs

Even being paid "privately",
I was scheduled to withdraw on the 11th at 4pm it was not ready I came back on the 16th I could not withdraw; absurd in delivering the exam
And even though they returned 4 days later, they refused to deliver the exam at 5 pm because it could only be delivered from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm
