★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talvez o profissional que fui não tem muita experiência, a cirurgia deu errado, ainda por cima foi local e eu estava escutando tudo, ótima sensação perder sangue e ter infecção. Profissional cobrou extremamente caro para deixar com erro e infecção, sem contar que a anestesia não funcionou. Sentir muita dor.. hoje 2 anos depois só de tocar doi muito e continua vermelho. Isso que foi um dos "melhores da cidade" deveria ter ido pra São Paulo isso sim.. cirurgião carniceiro
 Maybe the professional I went to doesn't have much experience, the surgery went wrong, on top of that it was local and I was listening to everything, great feeling losing blood and having infection. Professional charged extremely expensive to leave with error and infection, not to mention that the anesthesia did not work. Feeling a lot of pain ... today 2 years after just touching it hurts a lot and remains red. That which was one of the "best in the city" should have gone to São Paulo, yes ... butcher surgeon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz uma mamoplastia redutora com a Dra Débora em 2011. Fui maravilhosamente bem tratada do ambulatório ao hospital.
Nota 10000 pra vcs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em plena época de Pandemia, o hospital marca mais cirurgias do que pode atender em um mesmo horário, e fica todo mundo esperando junto, quem vai pra cirurgia e quem vai em consulta. Isso causa ansiedade no paciente o que torna a espera ainda pior. Cheguei 06:20 esperei até 9:40 para que minha mãe subisse para sala de preparação. Ficamos no meio da recepção que estava cheia, uma aglomeração. Sem falar o tanto que esperamos. Falta de organização ou descaso mesmo, não sei.
In the middle of Pandemic times, the hospital makes more surgeries than it can attend at the same time, and everyone is waiting together, who goes to surgery and who goes to consult. This causes anxiety in the patient which makes the waiting even worse. I arrived at 6:20 and waited until 9:40 for my mother to go up to the preparation room. We were in the middle of the reception, which was full, a crowd. Not to mention how much we hope. Lack of organization or carelessness, I don't know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, você liga pra agendar e te pedem pra retornar dia 1, estou desde o dia 1/09 tentando e não atendem o telefone... Aí hoje que consegui contato, já não tem mais agenda, não fazem questão de tentar te explicar ou auxiliar pra que você possa ligar e saber se teve desistência, atendente super grossa. Da até medo de tentar algo!!!
Terrible service, you call to schedule and they ask you to return on the 1st, I've been trying since September 1st and they don't answer the phone... Then today I got in touch, they don't have a schedule anymore, they don't insist on trying to explain to you or helper so you can call and find out if you've given up, super rude attendant. You're even afraid to try something!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paciente chega 7:30 pra fazer a cirurgia mas só vai para o Centro Cirúrgico as 12h.
Enfermagem administra a medicação antes da cirurgia sem água( diz que não pode)!...o paciente tem que ficar entalado com o remédio na garganta.
O paciente tem que ir andando de camisola do quarto até o centro cirúrgico sem garantia de privacidade pois passa pelos corredores e recepção do hospital...
Hospital particular e a senha do wi fi não funciona.
Eu acho que dá pra melhorar...basta ouvir os pacientes e acompanhantes.
Patient arrives at 7:30 am to undergo surgery but only goes to the Surgical Center at 12:00.
Nursing administers the medication before the surgery without water (he says he can't)!... the patient has to get stuck with the medicine in the throat.
The patient has to walk in a nightgown from the bedroom to the operating room without any guarantee of privacy as he goes through the corridors and reception of the hospital...
Private hospital and wi fi password does not work.
I think it can be improved...just listen to patients and caregivers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preço do Hospital é semelhante a qualquer outro, porém deixa muito a desejar! Após minha cirurgia, ainda sedada, fui levada ao quarto por APENAS uma enfermeira. Meu marido que estava no quarto que precisou ajudar para me transferir para cama! Quarto não em NENHUMA toalha no banheiro e MUITO menos o kit higiene que eles dizem que tem! A sopa que servem a noite, não foi servida, senti uma fome absurda as 22.00r e nada me serviram! Na alta, não podemos contar com uma cadeira de rodas para transporte até o estacionamento. Jamais indicaria este hospital
Hospital price is similar to any other, but leaves a lot to be desired! After my surgery, still sedated, I was taken to the room by ONLY one nurse. My husband who was in the room needed help to transfer me to bed! Room with NO towel in the bathroom and MUCH less the hygiene kit they say they have! The soup they serve at night, was not served, I felt an absurd hunger at 22.00r and nothing served me! At discharge, we cannot rely on a wheelchair for transportation to the parking lot. I would never recommend this hospital
