Very good homemade food... just the service leaves a little to be desired, they always seem to be in a bad mood, always frowning and some harsh answers when we question something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida é gostosa, bem temperada não é carregado no sal, poderia ter mais variedades e comidas diferentes, mas tirando isso a comida e os docinhos são muito bons. Tem a atendente salve engano Camila que é um amor de pessoa super educada e simpática.
The food is delicious, well seasoned, it is not loaded with salt, it could have more varieties and different foods, but apart from that, the food and sweets are very good. There is the attendant save mistake Camila who is a love of a super polite and friendly person.

As outras estrelas que faltaram são referentes a minha insatisfação com relação a algumas vezes que fui no restaurante e fui muito mal atendido. Não sei o que é pior, o mau humor dos funcionários, o fato de não respeitarem os clientes quando dizem que algo não está certo ou a miséria pra colocar comida no marmitex. Acredito que quando acontece algum problema em um estabelecimento, deve ser resolvido e não discutido, cliente tem sempre razão e é obrigação do local respeitá-lo, Santa Clara Café e Bistrô não faz isso.
I only gave one star because the place is very nice and clean. The other missing stars refer to my dissatisfaction with a few times I went to the restaurant and I was very poorly served. I don't know what's worse, the bad mood of the employees, the fact that they don't respect customers when they say something isn't right or the misery to put food in the marmitex. I believe that when there is a problem in an establishment, it should be resolved and not discussed, the customer is always right and it is the place's obligation to respect him, Santa Clara Café e Bistro doesn't do that.
