★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou oftalmologista e optei por realizar minha cirurgia refrativa neste centro por dois motivos. O primeiro, e mais importante, é que os médicos que trabalham neste centro de oftalmologia são muito competentes. Pelo que sei, são todos formados em boas faculdades de Medicina e em serviços excelentes de residência médica. Passei em consulta com o Dr. Gustavo Mori Gabriel, colega de turma e amigo, em quem depositei minha confiança para realizar minha consulta pré-operatória e o procedimento cirúgico propriamente dito. A consulta foi excepcional, na qual foram explicados todos os desfechos possíveis para uma cirurgia tão delicada, e me passou muita segurança. Os exames são realizados no próprio local, principalmente os mais básicos para um pré-operatório adequado. O segundo motivo para ter escolhido o Santa Cruz Laser Center é a estrutura que possuem. Localizada à Rua Vergueiro, próximo à estação Ana Rosa de metrô, e com estacionamento no local, é muito fácil de se chegar lá. O local é muito agradável e, logo à chegada, somos atendidos por recepcionistas muito educadas e prestativas. Além disso, nota-se especial cuidado com a limpeza e com o aspecto do local, impecável. Ao entrar no centro cirúrgico, há um cuidado especial realizado pela enfermeira, com higienização e aplicação de colírios anestésicos. Também ressalto que o equipamento (excimer laser) utilizado é de última geração, possibilitando diversas formas de cirurgia refrativa, inclusive a personalizada, à qual fui submetido sob recomendação do Dr. Gustavo, devido ao meu astigmatismo. A cirurgia em si correu de forma muito rápida e, aos que estão receosos de realizarem o procedimento, digo que não dá tempo de sentir medo (rs). Também lanço elogios para as auxiliares e enfermeiras presentes na sala, muito bem preparadas e prestativas para o serviço. Finalmente, como médico, também recomendo muito o local para a realização de outros procedimentos cirúrgicos e ambulatoriais, como cirurgias de catarata (com o Dr. Celso Takashi Nakano), plástica ocular (com a Dra. Daniela Lumi Inomata) e de retina (a equipe é muito grande para citar todos os nomes). Eu mesmo utilizo o centro para realização de procedimentos a laser para o tratamento de glaucoma e de retina. Possuem equipamentos sempre bem calibrados e eficientes para qualquer caso. Portanto, recomendo o Laser Center como médico e, hoje, satisfeito com o resultado da cirurgia refrativa, como paciente. Parabéns ao Santa Cruz pelo atendimento e pelo serviço médico que prestam!
I am an ophthalmologist and I chose to perform my refractive surgery at this center for two reasons. The first, and most important, is that the doctors who work in this ophthalmology center are very competent. As far as I know, they're all graduates of good medical schools and excellent residency services. I consulted with Dr. Gustavo Mori Gabriel, a classmate and friend, in whom I placed my trust to carry out my preoperative consultation and the surgical procedure itself. The consultation was exceptional, in which all the possible outcomes for such a delicate surgery were explained, and it gave me great confidence. Exams are performed on site, especially the most basic ones for an adequate preoperative period. The second reason for choosing the Santa Cruz Laser Center is the structure they have. Located at Rua Vergueiro, close to Ana Rosa subway station, and with on-site parking, it is very easy to get there. The place is very pleasant and, upon arrival, we are attended by very polite and helpful receptionists. In addition, there is special care with cleaning and with the appearance of the place, impeccable. Upon entering the operating room, there is special care performed by the nurse, with hygiene and application of anesthetic eye drops. I also emphasize that the equipment (excimer laser) used is of the latest generation, enabling various forms of refractive surgery, including the personalized one, which I was submitted to under Dr. Gustavo's recommendation, due to my astigmatism. The surgery itself went very quickly and, for those who are afraid to undergo the procedure, I say that there is no time to be afraid (lol). I also congratulate the assistants and nurses in the room, who are very well prepared and helpful for the service. Finally, as a doctor, I also highly recommend the place for other surgical and outpatient procedures, such as cataract surgery (with Dr. Celso Takashi Nakano), eye plastic surgery (with Dr. Daniela Lumi Inomata) and retina surgery (a staff is too big to name all the names). I use the center myself to perform laser procedures for the treatment of glaucoma and the retina. They have equipment that is always well calibrated and efficient for any case. Therefore, I recommend the Laser Center as a doctor and, today, satisfied with the result of the refractive surgery, as a patient. Congratulations to Santa Cruz for the care and medical service they provide!
