★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venho deixar minha imensa insatisfação com a loja Santa Lolla do Shopping Guararapes, que fica localizada na Avenida Barreto de Menezes 800 - loja 051- Piedade - Jaboatão dos Guararapes.
Recebi um presente no dia 23/12/2021 em que o número estava errado e a pessoa que comprou, fez a troca pelo número correto. Porém infelizmente o sandália não coube, nem sequer entrou devido as alcinhas que ela tem. Resumindo, fui trocar e expliquei a situação a atendente, não me autorizou realizar a troca , alegando que o sistema não permitia novo procedimento e ainda disse que a loja não tem a obrigação da troca, que é uma cortesia . Agora estou sem saber o que fazer.
