â â â â â Fiz uma compra na Santa Lolla do Shopping Boulevard, um presente, porĂ©m eu precisava trocar, como nĂŁo tinha em estoque o produto no Boulevard, eu chamei no Whatsapp a loja do shopping metrĂłpole e fui informado que lĂĄ tinha o produto que eu queria, informei q iria trocar um produto que comprei na outra loja e nĂŁo deu certo, mas quando cheguei na loja, para minha surpresa eles se recusaram a trocar, alegando que por ser uma franquia nĂŁo troca produtos de outra loja, meu questionamento Ă©, o que o cliente tem a ver com franquia sendo que Ă© a mesma empresa? E por que nĂŁo me avisaram que nao poderia trocar em outra loja antes de eu ter que me deslocar atĂ© essa loja? Totalmente insatisfeito e nĂŁo voltarei maisa comprar essa empresa.
I made a purchase at Santa Lolla at Shopping Boulevard, a gift, but I needed to exchange it, as I did not have the product on the Boulevard, I called WhatsApp at the metropolis shopping store and was informed that there was the product I wanted, I informed q I would exchange a product I bought at the other store and it didn't work, but when I arrived at the store, to my surprise they refused to exchange it, claiming that because it is a franchise it does not exchange products from another store, my question is, what customer has to do with franchise being the same company? And why didn't they tell me that I couldn't change at another store before I had to go to that store? Totally dissatisfied and I will never return to buy this company.

â â â â â Comprei uma sapatilha dia 16/02 e ontem dia 23/02 percebe que a mesma estava descando dos lados , como era a terceira vez que usei fui de imediato na loja pra realizar a troca e para mi ha surpresa nĂŁo consegui ....a dificuldade pra resolver um problema tĂŁo simples me fez perceber que o cliente pra eles nĂŁo interessa ! Decepção Ă© o sentimento...sou de Salvador e nada foi levado em consideração pra ser resolvido pra que eu nĂŁo voltasse com .inha sapatilha toda craquelada ... Uma vergonha pra marca SANTA LOLLA! Sai da loja com um sentimento de pouco caso ou melhor de descaso com o cliente.
I bought a sneaker on 02/16 and yesterday on 02/23 realizes that it was coming down from the sides, as it was the third time I used it, I went straight to the store to make the exchange and to my surprise I couldn't .... Difficulty in solving such a simple problem made me realize that the customer does not matter to them! Disappointment is the feeling ... I'm from Salvador and nothing was taken into account to be resolved so that I wouldn't come back with my little shoe all crackled ... A shame for the SANTA LOLLA brand! He leaves the store with a feeling of negligence or rather of neglect with the customer.
