★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ESSA BASE (FILIAL) ANANINDEUA/PA e RIBEIRÃO PRETO/SP, estão prejudicando muito nossas operações.
A filial Ribeirão Preto/SP por fazer toda a documentação correta no modal aéreo e na operação manda o produto físico no modal RODOVIÁRIO, estou tendo muitos prejuízos.
A filial Ananindeua/SP, tem a possibilidade de minimizar o erro de outras filiais, mas não vejo esforço algum, já abri diversas reclamações no SAC, já perderam carga e até agora não fomos reembolsados pelo seguro, nossa, estou com uma insatisfação enorme.
Quando era só RÁPIDÃO COMETA, era muito mais eficiente. Agora com essa junção da FEDEX BRASIL e TNT TRANSPORTES, ao invés de melhorar os serviços, estão piorando.
Deixo aqui nossa sinceras críticas sobre os serviços prestados, mas espero que entendam que não é só um reclamação, mas sim, uma crítica construtiva sobre as operações dessas duas filiais.
Espero melhoras em seus serviços para que possam atender bem aos seus clientes, e possamos fazer bons comentários sobre eles.
ESSA BASE (SUBSIDIARY) ANANINDEUA / PA and RIBEIRÃO PRETO / SP, are greatly harming our operations.
The subsidiary Ribeirão Preto / SP for doing all the correct documentation in the aerial mode and in the operation sends the physical product in the modal RODOVIÁRIO, I am having many damages.
The subsidiary Ananindeua / SP, has the possibility to minimize the error of other branches, but I do not see any effort, I have already filed several complaints in the SAC, have already lost cargo and so far we have not been reimbursed by insurance, my, I am with a huge dissatisfaction.
When it was just COMET FAST, it was much more efficient. Now with this junction of FEDEX BRASIL and TNT TRANSPORTES, instead of improving services, are getting worse.
I leave here our sincere criticisms of the services provided, but I hope you understand that it is not only a complaint, but a constructive criticism of the operations of these two subsidiaries.
I expect improvements in your services so that they can serve your customers well, and we can make good comments about them.

very bad service company, they can't find my order and they still close at 11 am and it says on the page that it's open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, only false advertising

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pior serviço de entrega que já vi, rastreamento quando funciona ainda mostra informação enganosa, agente liga na central de atendimentos e é atendido de uma forma como se eles fossem os donos da mercadoria e agente que esta ligando não pudesse saber onde esta a encomenda, encomenda essa que é nossa não deles, no rastreio além de estar passando do prazo, diz a mais de uma semana que esta em rota de entrega mais nunca chega, motivo da ligação no SAC era pra saber que rota é essa que nunca chega, fiz uma outra compra uma semana depois dessa e graças a Deus veio pela JADLOG e já chegou. FEDEX uma vergonha essa filial Ananindeua.
worst delivery service i've ever seen, tracking when it works still shows misleading information, agent calls the call center and is served in a way as if they were the owners of the goods and the agent who was calling could not know where the order is this one that is not ours, in the screening, in addition to being past the deadline, says for more than a week that this is on a delivery route but never arrives, the reason for calling SAC was to know which route is this that never arrives, I made a another purchase a week after that and thank god it came through JADLOG and it has arrived. FEDEX shame that Ananindeua subsidiary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma péssima empresa com uma péssima logística. Meu pacote desde segunda no depósito e eu nem posso retirar no local. Ainda por cima não atendem o telefone. O serviço de rastreamento pelo site é horrível também, afirma que a encomenda está em um lugar quando na verdade, está em outro, isso quando se consegue acessar. Representa muito mal a FedEx no Brasil.
A bad company with bad logistics. My package since Monday in the warehouse and I can't even pick it up on the spot. On top of that, they don't answer the phone. The tracking service on the website is horrible too, it claims that the package is in one place when in fact, it is in another, that's when you can access it. It represents FedEx very badly in Brazil.
