★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostei. Comprei um determinado material e precisava de 450 telhas portuguesa. O indivíduo que me atendeu disse que não teria as telhas para me entregar de imediato. Como eu disse que iria usa las daí 15 dias ficou combinado de que eu avisasse o dia da entrega.assim sendo viajei para Uberlândia na quinta feira. Quando cheguei no domingo a noite as telhas estavam todas na minha calçada. Descarregaram sem nem ao menos me avisar. Falta de ética e compromisso. Perderam um cliente.
Did not like. I bought a certain material and needed 450 Portuguese tiles. The individual who attended me said he wouldn't have the tiles to hand me over right away. As I said I would use them in 15 days, it was agreed that I would notify the day of delivery. So I traveled to Uberlândia on Thursday. When I arrived on Sunday night the tiles were all on my sidewalk. They unloaded it without even notifying me. Lack of ethics and commitment. They lost a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo parece que estamos pedindo esmola, se liga antes para saber se tem o produto tem a informação positiva quando chega na loja dizem ao contrário enfim outros estabelecimentos estão melhores no meu conceito, este aí atende como se não precisasse mais dos clientes!
Terrible service looks like we are asking for alms, call first to see if the product has positive information when it arrives at the store they say the opposite anyway other establishments are better in my opinion, this one serves as if it doesn't need customers anymore!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fiz uma cotação de material Que deu 1.250,00 nem perguntaram a forma de pagamento Já mando fazer o pix E perguntei se passava cartão falou que passava mais só no débito E eu perguntei se passava no crédito sem parcelar nem fizeram questão de responder uma loja do tamanho deles não passar crédito acho ridículo fui e comprei em outro lugar.
E outro dia tentei comprar de novo fiz o pedido na sexta feira 13:11e falaram que ia ser a primeira entrega no sábado porque na sexta já não dava mais até aí beleza. Chegou no sábado entregaram metade umas 8:30 e depois uma 9:40 eles entregaram.
Então só uma dica quando você fala que é a primeira entrega faça ele ser a primeira entrega não adianta tem um bom preço e não tem um atendimento bom nunca mais compro nada e nem indico Péssima empresa
Terrible service, I got a quote for material That gave 1,250.00 they didn't even ask for the form of payment I already have the pix done And I asked if they used cards they said they only used debit cards And I asked if they used credit without paying in installments and they didn't even care to answer a store of their size doesn't give credit I think it's ridiculous I went and bought it somewhere else.
And the other day I tried to buy again, I placed the order on Friday at 1:11 pm and they said it would be the first delivery on Saturday because on Friday it was no longer beautiful. Arrived on Saturday they delivered half at 8:30 and then at 9:40 they delivered.
So just a tip when you say it's the first delivery make it the first delivery it's no use it's a good price and there's no good service I never buy anything again and I don't even recommend it Bad company
