Fiz uma solicitação de uma formulação e me deram o prazo de entrega no dia seguinte mediante pagamento. Fiz o deposito e me informaram que não teriam a matéria-prima para manipulação. O que já mostra a falta de preparo administrativo do local, pois a primeira coisa a se fazer é checar se tem o necessário para a formulação antes de aceita-lá. Pois bem, o farmacêutico responsável Bruno disse que faria o deposito do valor pago por mim no dia 20/07/20 (fiz o pagamento no dia 17/07/20) e hoje é 23/07/20 e até o momento não me devolveram o valor pago pela formulação que não recebi. Tentei contato por telefone com o mesmo que também é gerente, porém sempre está ocupado ou indisponível.

I made the deposit and was informed that they would not have the raw material for handling. What already shows the lack of administrative preparation of the place, because the first thing to do is to check if you have what is necessary for the formulation before accepting it. Well, the pharmacist in charge Bruno said he would make the deposit of the amount paid by me on 7/20/20 (I made the payment on 7/17/20) and today it is 7/23/20 and so far I am not returned the amount paid for the formulation I did not receive. I tried to contact by phone with the same who is also a manager, but is always busy or unavailable.

Pedi ajuda para o Bruno da Santaceutica e ele fez um kit para cuidarmos da pele dela. Impressionante, em uma semana as espinhas secaram e minha filha está super feliz!
Ela não queria nem abrir o video nas aulas online por conta das espinhas.
Quem estiver com este mesmo problema, podem confiar, excelente produto!
Minha esposa também estava com problemas de queda de cabelo. Ele fez uma formula para ela tomar, em 2 semanas tomando as capsulas, a quantidade de cabelos que parou de cair é impressionante.
Fora o atendimento de primeira, com todo cuidado e atenção, os produtos são ótimos!

My nine year old daughter had many pimples on her face. As it is very new, we cannot pass any product.
I asked Bruno for Santaceutica for help and he made a kit to take care of her skin. Impressive, in a week the pimples dried up and my daughter is super happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência esta sendo muito ruim, primeiro a farmácia me passou o preço do medicamento errado, quando pedi para fazer, recebi uma mensagem falando do erro. Quando confirmei o a formula com novo valor foi me passada uma data e horário para entrega na parte da manhã.
Como não recebi nenhuma msg e não tinha recebido a fórmula, mandei msg solicitando um retorno. Recebi msg para efetuar um pix, que foi feito e eu não recebi o medicamento. Como o medicamento é de uso contínuo, tive que comprar outro. E não recebi nenhum contato após o pagamento.
O atendimento foi péssimo, fizeram me sentir mal, porque se não pagasse antecipado eu não receberia a fórmula, não tenho retorno, parece que cai em um golpe. Fui lesada e essa é a minha experiência com esta farmácia.

The service was terrible, they made me feel bad, because if I didn't pay in advance I wouldn't receive the formula, I don't have any return, it seems I'm in for a hit. I was injured and that is my experience with this pharmacy.

Definitely the best manipulation pharmacy in Campinas! It is a place that focuses on health and not just illness. The Santa Ceutica team is very attentive, helpful and agile, both in person and virtually. The girls are very sweet! Whenever I need the manipulated I use them, I trust the products and their production a lot, the quality is excellent! Not to mention that the pharmacy is beautiful, organized and welcoming.
