 The service can be worse than that of Caixa Econômica... Lucky for someone who has a friend inside and manages to jump the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por se tratar de um banco privado, o atendimento é pessimo pior que os federais. Não exite aqui na ilha uma agencia do santander que preste. Funcionarios mau educados inclusive os gerentes, todos arrogantes, tratam os clientes como lixo.
As it is a private bank, the service is worse than the federal ones. There is no such thing as a santander agency here on the island. Poorly educated employees including managers, all arrogant, treat customers like garbage.
