I went on a Tuesday and it wasn't too crowded(there were still a few loud ladies) and it was entertaining, not as I expected though. My goal was to visit an exhibition and that exhibition was disappointing to say the least. The ticket you get (30 Reais when I went) is for the whole building, the tour starts from the 26th floor where there's a cafe and some point of views to look around. As you go down on each subsequent floor there's an exhibition, until the 20th floor if I'm not mistaken, the rooms are not that big so the exhibition is non impressive or just could be better curated. There's a skatepark on one of the floors. The best part for me was the room where a video about the building is played because its a box with mirrors and the video has a great production value. It's on the second or third floor.

Incredible view of SP 350 degrees. Must visit the historical displays on the lower floors from the observation deck.

The history of Sao Paulo city is very connected to this place, the Farol Santander was the HQ of Banespa ( Bank of Sao Paulo State) , an amazing back to the most important period of history of this fabulous state..the presidential office is the picture of this period, banespa at its time was the biggest bank of latin america and very important to development of Brazil. I would like to see in the next time more about the Banespa brand inside the building, like memorabilia to buy , t shirts and others ,in my opinion this brand was very important to many generations of sao paulo people and deserve to show and presented in this building as part of history...

We had amazing experience there. We booked tickets online and were able to visit all the exhibitions in the building. Remarkable was that there is an actual skatepark in the building, pretty impressive. The only thing we didn't like is that almost nobody speaks language different than portuguese although so many tourists visit the place. We had to go twice there because the first time one lady told us that the terrace is closed because of Covid-19 but after a looong research online, we could book tickets. Until the last moment we weren't sure if it's actually happening because of what ghe lady told us. So to sum up, check everything online because even on-site people don't know a lot.

More interesting than the standard "tall building experience" but not a great view - they had put more effort in to making more of the building with some exhibits and art exhibitions. When we visited only one of the 3 (or 4) galleries were open - the one that was had an interesting art exhibit on shadows. The view from the top really isn't that spectacular, the building is not that high and Sao Paulo lacks the variety in the cityscape to make it an overly interesting view. The area around the building is odd, both central business area with fancy offices and (maybe particularly at the weekend) run down and a bit of a wasteland with little open.

This skyscraper was an old museum with an Art Deco design inspired by the Empire State. It has a 360° view of the city on the 35th floor that is truly breathtaking. There are several kind of exhibitions like Virtual Reality, a exposition about Space and you can still see some rooms with the original furniture trying to recreate how it was when the bank was open.

I guess this is the kind of tour you must take once in your lifetime. The skyscraper is beautiful (have seen better), the view is wide (have seen better), the old offices are stately (have seen much better), the café on top entertains (nothing special in the menu) and finally the exhibitions leave to be desired, since there was only ONE, and very sloppily curated. Great workout walking down multiple flights of stairs!!! But try to tell Paulistano's that this is not the best thing in the world...

It was the highest building in Sao Paulo for decades, view from the top is pretty amazing, if you like those kind of views, there is a nice coffee restaurant on top too...lower floors are museum of former bank I think, honesty I'm not into banks too much and didn't find that too interesting, but again, that's my opinion...there are probably many persons who liked it...and also there is like movie room where you can watch brief history of the building and Sao Paulo, now that was amazing...anyway, worth visiting for a good view over the city ??
